Should I take creatine?

I’ve seen mixed opinions about taking creatine and am trying to decide whether it’s worth using. What benefits, drawbacks, or safety concerns should I consider? If you take it, what led you to start, and how did you decide whether it was helping?

Lots of benefits (look them up), I use Creatine HCL cause I get GI issues from regular creatine. No other safety concerns. I took it to improve recovery, exercise performance. It's the number one supplement for a reason. Get a can a try it.

I've never seen any mixed opinions, pretty much all positive. It's good, safe stuff. creatine monohydrate has never given me any GI issues but it does some folk. It's the cheapest but there are other options if that happens.

Do it, it works, it’s cheap, safe one of the most studied supplements. I use SNS Magnesium Creatine Chelate or SNS HCL, both don’t bloat you, mess up your stomach or make you gold water.
