I heard that creatine makes you more puffy than cut. So, should i take it? what supplement would be good to take if you are trying to get cut?

You might consider a form of creatine that doesn't promote water retention, such as DiCreatine Malate or Magnesium Creatine Chelate.
I think the board admins should disable the search function so that newbies have a legitimate reason for threads like this.![]()
Uhhhh, maybe you need to learn how creatine (any form) actually functions as a cell volumizer.
To the OP....use creatine to help build your muscle and strength. You will accelerate your metabolism and burn more fat. Towards the end of your cut, about 2-3 weeks out, drop the creatine.
Creatine bloat is so over-stated it's not even funny anymore. Use creatine, don't worry about bloating or anything while cutting.
I'd like to take creatine as well, but I dont want to raise my chance of kidney stones.
