I know insulin sensitivity plays a huge role in fat gain coming off of a ketogenic diet. I am going to start incorporating low GI carbs slowly over the next few weeks. Should I stop taking my ECY stack or does it not matter?
I would be weary of heavy amounts of caffeine as it can cause people to be much more sensitive to insulin.
Not to be a product whore...but since you're coming off of a keto diet you probably want to stay on something while your body adjust back to homeostasis.
If it were me, I would take alpha-T2 and LX. This will allow you to continue to lose fat, and keeo your cortisol under control, which might be out of whack from your diet.
