Should I replace my hack squat with a sissy squat? Which would grow my quads more?

No1 can answer that because the answer is different for different ppl.

With that said, sissy squat has a small amount of room for improvement, your limited to how much weight you can use and hack squat you can load up, so most likely hack squat is a better option.


Or just do both, you should be doing 3-4 quad exercises
