Please do yourself a favor and start learning how to eat properly. The gym is easy -- consistent and smart eating is what makes or breaks you.

hi guys im mr buff , im 24 5ft 2 and weigh 168 pounds i am thinking of hitting my first cycle with test enanthate. for 10 weeks then tapering off for just 2 weeks thats 12 weeks in total i have bin lifting on and off for about 5 years with big gaps out but my knowledge of how to train is spot on as with my diet and rest this time round im goin for the daddy and wad woundering weather with the help.of juice il make it to the top. gonna be popin clomid once every otherday from the start them week 11 50mg a day clomid and week 12 13 100mg plus armidex through out hittin thr creatine once tapered off so what ya think this is me at the mo ?
lol ok i lied iv only bin at the gym two months lol and am making progress every week allot of progress yes im aware of my bf thank u lol im gonna train for at least a year straight. if anything il hit the creatine and eat more cut out takeaways and binge drinking im getting bigger already and slightly more shaped but still mr fluff i do no cardio so that will have to be changed ......thanks fot the replys.

also, cycling 10 weeks on/10 weeks off for a couple ( 2?) years isn't crazy...or extreme at all. some guys on here do 16-20 week cycles regularly. hell, a normal EQ or deca cycle is 12+ weeks.

yeah ok ...first off even if my diet and trainin were spot on howd u expect me to look as ripped and shaped as your (friend). when i clearely stated id bin trainin for 2 months haha .
and no i dont live with mummy i left home at 16 so had my own places for the past 8 years and yes i already have kids and dont intend on having anymore so **** my balls they can shrivel up n die for all i care haha ......ya gotta get with the times ent ya bb= training food rest and STEROIDS !!! i cant wait to get on my first cycle ;-)
