Make sure to dose that dbol at 200 mgs twice a day exactly 8 hours 43 minutes apart for the full 12 weeks and skip the nolva. You won't get gyno at all trust me. I heard fat protects u from it so your good to go brah.
 
i dont get the spoons joke either nah im goin to do test cyp 250mg a week for 10 weeks and dbol at 20mg ed for the first 4 weeks train hard got some tamoxefen incase of itchy nips il be using nolva also for pct 2 weeks after last injection. also gonna get some trib and creatine for pct along with nolva i think this will be a safe first cycle up the calories and training and consume 3 litres of water a day to rip some of the **** outa my system hopefully all goes well im 24 165 pound 5ft 2 and benchin 85k. for 15 reps squat 120k. 15 reps and pumpin the 30k dumbells on shoulder press for 15 reps 3 sets. this should give me the boost im lookin for what ya think?
 
I think that with 4 months of training under your belt your gonna look like crap. 250 test a week? Thats like a generous trt dosage. $10 says your tits grow faster than than your muscles

The gear will stay good for years dude def get in some more natural training. Save the gear for at least 1.5-2 years down the road. And for god sakes lose some weight. What good is getting big if u hav bigger tits than the girls your tryin to impress? If ur too lazy to get in good shape without chemical assistance just use an eca stack or something

Listen to this guy. Lose some weight and hold out on the gear. Idk why you're even bothering if you are having no trouble making natty gains, many guys use gear as a means to break through a current plateau. And post spoons so we know you're not a troll, your posts are questionable.

OP- Provided that the pictures you posted are really you, you have a lot of natural progress to make before you start hitting gear if you're looking to compete at a high level. Also I remember you saying something about a lot of drinking, etc? Make sure that diet is spot on. Really we're here to help, but the way you've posted from the very beginning made you seem like a troll, and we don't like trolls.

Still waiting on that spoon pic btw... If you can take a pic holding spoons, it proves to us that it's really you in the pictures.
 
Please do yourself a favor and start learning how to eat properly. The gym is easy -- consistent and smart eating is what makes or breaks you.

I have to agree completely. Just about all of us figure this out the hard way. But it sure is liberating once we do.

BTW nice shape you got there. Not all of us are genetically gifted tho. For instance, take a gander at my height as an example...

my 'boy' aka my 'close friend' not my son, has been training for bout 4 years and is placing well in comps. i dont understand why ud claim to be trainining a while, then claim to of used ph, when its evident to anyone whose seen you thats untrue. if it weren't for the spoon pic, id be thinking troll as well. guys like you should be screened and banned from places like this. amateur hour here on AM fellas.

hi guys im mr buff , im 24 5ft 2 and weigh 168 pounds i am thinking of hitting my first cycle with test enanthate. for 10 weeks then tapering off for just 2 weeks thats 12 weeks in total i have bin lifting on and off for about 5 years with big gaps out but my knowledge of how to train is spot on as with my diet and rest this time round im goin for the daddy and wad woundering weather with the help.of juice il make it to the top :-). gonna be popin clomid once every otherday from the start them week 11 50mg a day clomid and week 12 13 100mg plus armidex through out hittin thr creatine once tapered off so what ya think this is me at the mo ?

The general use of idiotic british slang is what made me think they're might be something wrong with op mentally. That along with stuffed animals in op's pictures (clearly still living with mommy), the lack off training asking about steroids despite still getting newbie gains, and lack of listening to advice that he asked for. agreed that i am mistaken, i mixed up a previous thread where i guy asked about AAS and claimed to have been thru many PH cycles and later admitted to have lied and proceeded to go back on his previous posts. so i do stand corrected here and apologize for the mistake.

i did notice that he claimed to have a 'spot on diet and training style', yet posts pictures with clear evidence that this isn't true. so unsure what that was about or his defiinition of a 'clean diet'?

i just got a good kick out of his responses and the way he discussed himself and his goals, which seemed a bit skewed or unrealistic at this point. there is no doubt that it is possible for guys to make extraordinary gains in limited time, but i think he should set his goals a bit further down the road is all and maybe educate himself a bit more and maximize his natural ability before approaching things like juice and what not. i am the furthest thing from educated in that field for sure and don't claim to be, but I do know many fellas who do and in my own PERSONAL opinion, it is rather foolish and unsafe to go into roids while still having room to grow naturally. tendons and ligaments are not built up enough or strengthened enough to handle the gains he'll see during his cycle and will lead to injury in addition to side effects without proper education. that is all my own opinion and again i stand corrected for my previous statements.

There are "natural" shows out there that are just as rewarding as the normal bb'ing shows. U should consider those first. I mean by the time u get to the point that you've hit the natty plateau u might have changed ur mind about going pro with it. U might just want to settle for an "in shape" trainer who found contentment. Regardless of what u do just be safe and be smart about it. There is a way to do steroids and training that results in minimal long term damage and there is the most common way that leads to serious consequences in the end.
