Supplementplace Tongkat Ali 3% eurycomanone. They are UK based, i had buy this since Tonvara cant produce 2,4% TA anymore and cant believe the potency of this extract. Is expensive, sure, but you get what you pay for.

What dose?I tried Shilajit. Didn't notice anything from it to be honest. I took PrimaViePurified Shilajit .

I just got the PrimaVie Shilajit. Took it at 11am, 250mg, yesterday morning. Had a bit of trouble sleeping last night. Just wondering if the two could be tied together and one should ease into it by taking it first thing in the morning and once your body adjusts, then add the other 250mg today (500mg total per day).

Your dosages are fall apart ..so i highly doubt it .. but honestly cant tell .. i would stay at 250mg to keep testing out the sleep before you up the dosage
Cool, thx. I did read that it should be taken in the morning for some folks as it can really energize. I just took 250mg and will stick with that today and see how I go this evening.
it really depends on person to person .. i have taken at 8pm and get knocked out at 9pm and sleep great .. i know others who i suggested to take 4 -6hrs bed time and they reported it fixed the issue.
but your doing it smart to dose it quick and early in the day .. keep us posted if sleep becomes an issue
I highly doubt it’s either. Sleep can be fickle and so multifaceted that it could be so many different things.
I take it your not hitting the bed before 8 or 9PM .. yeah that 11-12hr gap i highly doubt it .. yeah go a week without and see it if you notice anything ..i wouldnt bank on one or 2 day.
What's everyone's experience with side effects? Does anyone experience any after stopping and taking a break from Shilajit solo runs?
What brand of DHEA?I doubt you would notice a major dropoff or withdrawal symptoms. Appears that mode of action is replenishment of trace minerals. once those trace minerals are repleted one's body functions better thus improved test levels. so one can say that after coming off of shilajit those trace mineral depletion may start to occur but at what pace. Its dependent on ones diet - make sure its rich in micronutrients.
last week i have been feeling amazing, overall erection quality, morning woods, testicular fullness have been great. I continue to take the vitd3, alphatest, forskolin, 5mg dhea at morning. I have also added ginseng tea which have been improving my sleep quality. definitely getting more REM sleep because i have been dreaming more. having a 3 year old toddler kicking while one tries to sleep is disruptive... another thing i somewhat incorporated has been schizandra teas - test boost affect may come from improved liver function (detoxification of estrogens). I also would suggest eating raw carrots between meals (ray peat suggests also helps to detoxify estrogens).

Hey, what are you doses of these products and are you taking daily or doing like a 5/2?
Also, I stopped the Primavie Shilajit. I would get mild headaches at the end of each day I took the two doses of 250mg.

Have it been a noticeable difference since you started the DHEA?I was doing everyday: shilajit ~200mg 2x/day, vitd3 5000iu 1x at morning, alpha test 4 caps in the morning - some suggest that boron is better taken in the morning.
ginseng tea i usually drink once or twice a day (after dinner)
swanson 25mg tablets - i just bite off 1/5 size ~5mg - ray peat suggests that 5mg is the perfect amount that will convert to test and not increase estrogen.
