SHIFT PEScience

Just got a bottle of Shift. Bought some last month and it's been great so far. Another bottle should do me good.

I already bought some High Volume on the insider so I guess the only thing to do now is buy some Ergonine.

The fact that it actually quelled my appetite (which no other supp, stack, anything has ever even been able to make a dent in) was enough to get my approval. The longer term effects were so prevalent for me that I have no qualms calling in one of my favorites ever. Effects speak for themselves.

Haven't heard of this BRITE you speak of. I will have to look it up and check it out. I'm due up for a killer shred stack and was looking for options to add in to my normal PES goodies. Not that it would be necessary as I usually have all bases covered but I tend to go all out or some might day overkill on cuts,

Combining ABE and Shift, a good idea or should you separate them? Only down side I see is ABE increase hunger and Shift suppresses it, otherwise it seems to be a good symbiotic match.

I think it would do well at maintenance:recomp. I'd be interested in hearing how it goes if you do use it in that situation.

I think I would save the shift and maybe do something more along the lines of ABE/ergonine but would be interested in hearing your results.

Although SHIFT can cause appetite suppression, the addition of Olive Leaf Extract, Rhodiola Rosea, and Forskolin will have merit in a maintenance / surplus. Increased thyroid function, increase metabolic rate, increase cAMP, adaptogen, and improving physical performance will all be beneficial.

I got one more question, I was taking
2 Ep +
2 shift
2 scoops alphamine
1.5 Hv

Pre workout empty stomach and I have been bloating up, should I take it with some fast digesting carbs? I have carb10 which is like glycofuse but better in my stomach.

Even when I take Ep+ fasted my stomach bloats up I don't know why it's some strong ish. On non lifting days with shift fasted my stomach feels weird until I use the bathroom. Any suggestions ?

If you think Erase Pro+ is blowing you, which I highly doubt it, drop it from your pre-workout dosing.

The bloat is more than likely from the Shift and Forskolin content or from the Choline in Alphamine.
 
I sure hope Erase Pro + isn't blowing him.........
 
On a serious note, I'm doing my 2nd run of Shift and I am just about finished my first bottle of 2 this run. I've never noticed appetite suppression and I'm not sure how much it's helping with fat loss bc there are a lot of other factors to consider. A lot of people do find it effective in this regard though.

I will say this, I think everyone should give Shift a try. The dose of Forskolin alone, the dose of Rhodiola and the extract of it, + other ingredients that can benefit your overall health, makes it more than just a non-stim fat burner imo, but a regular health product and a cost effective way to try a bunch of novel ingredients. That's why I buy it and for that reason alone I definitely recommend at least running 4 bottles (2 cycles) to experiment.

One thing I forgot to mention in my little Shift rant is that I am getting leaner than ever, and I'm getting comments on my leanness every day. I don't know if it's the Shift, the EP, or the combo of both, but something from you guys is doing WORK.

I need to try EP+ and ABE to see how much the Shift played a role. Then I'm going to run each solo as well. That's the thing I find with PES supps; there are a lot of combos and you gotta try all the variations to see what is most effective for you and find your own personal favorites.

Reps will not recommend anything more than what the label says (8 weeks max), but of course, breaking down the individual components, Forskolin has a study that lasted 12 weeks being used, and some people use adaptogens year round, but not sure about the other components. Either way, like most people, I'd just stick to the label.

I meant try it for 2 months, then a few months later try another cycle. I find that one cycle is not enough to determine the true benefit of a product personally. That's why I refrain from giving my opinion on products like ABE(which I've tried), until I've ran them at least 2 or more times.

Abe know him, is my favorite supplement!
My preferred stack was abe + ara + pa.

In short, I will start the stack abe + ara + pa + shift (for two months)

stay tuned :D

However Shift tried this summer, with stack erase pro + alphamine, for two months.

Yeah I definitely can't wait to run it again, so many people give it great feedback. I just don't like to praise a product until I'm sure it wasn't just coincidence or placebo. For example I ran a bottle of EP and for whatever reason it was too strong and destroyed my E completely. I'm finishing my 2nd bottle now and it is at this point a top 5 supplement for me.

Totally agree with you!
To me the first version of Erase pro, gave me libido problems.
Instead Erase Pro version 2, was perfect!
I can not wait to try Erase Pro +, soon!

Please make sure to report back on EP+. EP2 for me had much fewer sides and easier to keep gains so I share your thoughts.
 
I'd assume ErasePro+ will be very pleasant. It's EP2 with KSM-66....possibly the best ingredient I've ever used.

Oh yeah, Erase pro + is a real treat. The same actives as Erase pro, with the added cortisol and testosterone benefits of KSM-66.

Not sure if you can tell me, but how much KSM-66 is in EP+? If anything, could you confirm whether it's over 500mg? Haha..

Am I the only one not digging ksm 66, makes to tired and zone out? Guess before bed that's good,but some formulas have it 2 x day and really sedates me. Just my experience.
