i have one more week..... what to run after? back to alphamine? or what? :( ill be hungry as fukc!

If still cutting I'd add a stim fat burner like Alphamine or Norcodrene.

yep :) I will replace SHIFT with alphamine or norco, still wondering which one :)
 
I can say that i really love alphamine, but as far as hunger norco hands down. Not my fave, but very effective in that department.

yes i know I run both in the past :) I will probably run norco or alphamine with alphamax so I want to make the right choice also based on this :)
 
I bought Norco and alphamine but I cracked them open already lol it should hold me over until I get back on shift again.
 
Alphamine always draws me back in. Haha

I was considering alphamine or norco of course, those supplements are solid and every time I run them I had great results, but I am really struggling to make a decision lol
 
On Alphamine and Shift i can go all day without eating, been dosing at 6am, then fasting or eating my first meal at 12-1pm working great so far. cosistent 2+ pounds a week. still on 2400 calories a day (P 225 C 250-260 F 55-50) and only 2 sessions of cardio, and a 2900 cal refeed (P 225 C 380 F 50).
 
I use to take SHIFT upon wake up then wait 2h then breakfast :)

not using alphamine atm

I'm on 1900 ish

175c 190p 50fat -- ish
 
When I use Alphamine/norcodrene or ECA I can only take A dosage in the morning pre workout, Because the appetite suprresion is so strong for me that I wouldent eat at all.

I'm hoping taking the shift in the am wont effect my appettite later that night. I dont eat until 21.00 :)
 
Glad you guys are enjoying shift so much so far! It's great to see people hitting progress so steadily.

LOL..yeah, it sucks knowing that you're down to your last remaining doses....

As you can probably tell, I'm nursing my last two caps...LOL!!!! Bitter sweet.....

Good to hear Norco was there to fill the void! Shift is definitely providing users with great appetite suppression.

Just wish it could be taken before bed to suppress my 2am cravings that for whatever reason are 100% unavoidable EVERY SINGLE NIGHT... guise help

It was my issue man... It's just matter of telling yourself "no!" Hahah anyway try to have proteins with some fats and you should be feeling fine :)

yes. absolutely annoys the crap out of me because I wake up WIDE awake, not like sleep eating or whatever, I feel like I could eat a full meal, heres the thing, im recomping and watching my calories/tracking so I let my macros reset at 2am everynight because of this.

4-430 3rd "mea;" usually a couple protein bars
530 workout
730 done workout
745 protein shake which is 3 scoops whey and 24oz of milk
10-11 last meal
2 am hungry as fuk :(

What time you go sleep after your last meal? You could try adding one meal immediately before sleeping and try to anticipate a bit like 1h or even half an hour all meals starting at 9.30 or 10...

Either that or maybe try not eating for LONGER before bed. I've heard about blood sugar changes waking people up. Usually this is from a higher carb meal before bed but could be the case.

The other thing is that hunger pangs come and go in roughly 15min intervals so if you can wait them out, you should settle a bit.

Yep and in fact when it was happening to me I was Gonna wait for like 15/20 wasting time doing something and usually it was going away :) or just drink water and you will feel full lol

If it were during the day I would agree with the water, but at night that will most likely just make you wake up again to pee ha. Then you're in the same boat... Awake and hungry plus now you have to pee too.

yep agree it was really easy if we could dose shift before sleeping, I used to do it sat and sun only it worked but then I had to stop. Usually I have my dinner at 9.30, then midnight 30g select+peanut butter or almonds and I am fine till morning :) then again shift and I am fine all day lol

simply cause for once I wanted to follow the directions on the bottle -.-" LOL also honestly I was fine with my proteins+fats so I thought it was going to be a "plus" like a jolly to use only in case of need :) I wanted also to test the effectiviness of it dosing it as it is supposed to be dosed :)

usually 1-2 hours if I go to bed feeling full for whatever reason I get sick. BUT i do have insomnia. not self diagnosed either. so sometimes sleep is a premium

I have heard that too, however im eating less than 40g carbs in my last meal :( guess ill try chewing gum when that happens

You don't need carbs to spike blood sugar. Maybe you're just hyper sensitive to swings. Try not eating for 4-5hrs pre bed and see if that helps

For insomnia try dopadex it helped me a lot
 
when im on alphamax i sleep muchhhhh better. l-dopa is amazing...

I never used alphamax:) but I guess it'll help too since it got l dopa :)

L-Dopa seems to help many. Especially in conjunction with chlorophytum borivilianum.

In my experience, ashwagandha (as KSM-66) has had the most profound impact on my sleep quality.
 
Does anyone in the UK have samples of this? I would love to try this but in the past I suffered insomnia from the rhodia. Any way I can try before I buy?

You guys should try some high fats before bed it might help with the cravings or if you wake up have some pes select when yo do wake up it has been helping me.

Have you ever used either before? If not start with a low dose to assess tolerance.

Otherwise yes you can take both upon waking.
