I never liked vegetables even as a kid, I always ate a lot of meat and fruits....right now, I'm cutting, I was talking to a friend, a personal trainer and he suggested eating 2 vegetables before each meal ( I eat 4 meals a day) I wasn't having problems with constipation, fullness, cheating or anything, but he said give it a shot and I'll be happy with it.
I went out the next day and bought $50 worth of vegetables and little fruit, 3 days after, which is today, I'm sitting down reading something, I get the worst ****ing pains in the world, I do a funny walk to the bathroom because it feels like my intestines are gonna explode......
I finally sit down ....wait...wait.....:toilet:.....BOOM! tons of **** is coming down, I mean wow, my stomach feels empty all of a sudden and I'm kinda hungry ....I take a deep breath, wipe and get off, I look down before I flush and it looks like a ****ing salad drowned in brown oil(**** mixed with water) you had carrots, tomatoes, celery, etc.... I mean you could put a sifter down there, empty the water and hopefully **** lol and 9/10 doctors would recommend as part of a healthy diet :icon_lol:
Anyway, I am never eating that much vegetables again, never.....maybe when used in small amounts to give a better taste but never that much, only plants I'll be eating from now on are berries, nothing else......:head:
Anyone else had bad experiences with vegetables?
