I was jealous at my friends who got pubes/pit hair before me. Difference btw boys n girls I suppose. Now I'm covered with far more hair than I know what to do with...
 
Lol, it took me a long time to date men with hair. It was always super gross to me but now facial hair is extremely sexy! Back hair, now I'll still skip that! :P

Haha, I dated a guy who trimmed down there except for his 2 inch long nut hairs. That was so disgusting!

Before anyone says anything negative:

I was bigger before that. But i was really depressed after tore my ACL because Iost all of my gains and such and was a scrawny little guy. I honestly didn't want to see the gym again as see how much progress I lost.

I wasn't able to really workout for about 4 months. And man it was
Killer. I fought a lot of depression from being out of sports and psychologically about trusting my abilities again


I am extremely proud of this 1 year progress because it took a lot To start back from the bottom and climb back and ABOVE where I was before.

I am honestly a bigger stronger faster athlete than I have ever been. Adrian Peterson that injury (not beat my kids) come back the year after an ACL tear and rush 2000 yards.

It takes a lot though. Balancing rehab with work and school and finally trusting it to lift heavy ass weight. It why once great athletes never can quite fully return after these type of injuries

I can understand. I was out of the gym for 2 months and watched all my gainz go away. I was so mortified! You should def be proud of yourself! I'm sure a lot of people here, including myself are proud of you! You're a great inspiration because with dedication and determination, you are better than ever! :D Show it off!

I like to see what some of my homie in here think about that because I got decent sized naturally before i cycled so they never saw the actual progress I made and wear I started less than 12 months ago
 
Btw... Apparently I grew an inch from my last physical 6 months ago... I was 6'1" maybe 6' and a Half shortest and 175lbs.... I went and I was 6'2" inches. Like a clean inch taller. He was joking around saying I hit a second puberty. 6'2" 220lbs... It may be from the bone structure and density increasing cuz of the mass gains
 
Arms looking tiny hahahaha. But i have one vein that's like a quarter inch diameter pipe that goes down the inside on my upper arm. It's almost uncomfortable lol jk

Also guys this is rest day casual vascularity!!! I'm so happy with my standin vascularity increase. It gets ridiculous in the gym but it doesn't mean anything to me if it doesn't stay like that
 
How long after a bulk cycle PCT should you wait before starting a cut? Also what's the best oral for cutting do you guys think?

What about from the stuff just recently banned? I don't necessarily have a source for any real gear. My plan is to order from Europe for my next cycle if I can't find a real gear source I trust before then.

But PH wise epistane and halodrol have to be my two favorite recomp.
I would probably do Trest epi and tren. That's just me. People knock halo. But I loved the recomp i got out of it. If I had balls i would probably try Trest epi and halo. 75mg 40mg 75mg for 6-7 weeks but I fear blood pressure more than liver failure. And halo blood pressure was BAD
 
Yeah, I am not real impressed with Stano as my test base this time. I wanna go with Trest but I'm so scared of the estrogen side effects. I want to try Dermacrine too, but from what I have read Stano should do better.

I think right now an awesome cut would be Dermacrine or Test Prop if I had a source and wasn't too scared to inject, Epistane, and Tren. But I'd want to run it a minimum 8 weeks on everything and Tren at 120mg+ but it would start to get pricey. Blood pressure is my biggest worry too. It runs in my family and was pretty bad this last cycle until I was at 12 caps of Cycle Assist a day. I think the damage to the liver is blown way out of proportion on most of these compounds.

**** bro i ran 75-100 mg a day with the epi and only arimistane every day and had ZERO estro sides. I had exemestane on hand but never used it. It's blown out Of proportion. If you aren't running more than 75mg a day I promise you wouldn't have any issues

How did 75mg a day compare to Dermacrine as far as energy and sex drive?

What we're you running stano at I lIke stano wish I had stocked more but I'm ma be bulking soon so didn't really need it

I was running Stano at 900-1050mg. I know, I've never ran a compound that aromatises but I did get some nipple problems on my Msten and Tren cycle so it makes me worried about something like Test or Trest that is known for Estrogen side effects.
 
Set a new PR today. Standing shoulder press. Squat press really. Push press
So I power cleaned it up then squatted and pressed

Then I did one arm snatches with 70's db's
For 12 each arm. I did five sets

DUDE im a strong guy. but the guys I lift with make me feel like a bitch sometimes. I can get about 365 on a good bench day and 345 on a bad and I feel ALPHA and such. but look at my ****ing friend killing my high...

Wow. Impressive. I played High School football with a kid that benched 405 as a Freshman. He was a big framed kid, but not overly huge or fat. It's like some people are just born with this natural, savage strength.
 
Damnnn 500 lbs is a lot of weight but shazeezee your already far above average bro your cranking some great weight keep up the good work ! i hope one day to bench 300 and im 26 years old
