lol right! gotta buy 2-4 sizes bigger if you want room and then its all big on your waist if your not barrel shaped.. that's where I been stuck at

Haha yeah same here, and my legs aren't even that big. 29/32 normally and I'm buying 32/32 pants. Some of my pants still look painted on. Granted I'm buying straight fit.
 
lol yea, iu even throw on loose/baggy polos and dickies and my legs are hogging up and I got this huge gap in my waist line!! gotta almost fold the **** in! :/
 
Hey guys Sorry I havent been updating but things are going fantastic. strength gains have been ridiculous this last week. All my lifts are amazing and everyone is questioning me about juicing :)
 
Where u at in your cycle brah? How many weeks left/what are you dosing/etc

Threads like this make me salivate, I'm waiting juuuuuust a bit longer to run something!!!!
 
just this last week and out of tr3st so just 60mg of dmz and 40mg of epistane.

dude this cycle has been amazing man. I cant even explain the gains i made. Ill post a video on next monday but on bench i repped 315 for 5 reps and I was so ****ing happy i was about to rage and scream. my bench is about 355-365 currently and before i was around 315-335. And my squat gains have been amazing. i am about at 425 for squat.

I mean today i did biceps and i was barbell curling 135 for ten ( with slight swinging at the end ) but **** man i use to use 95lbs. I feel like I am on Big boy gear.
These compounds have treated me well

Okay, your lats are making me very jelly. I work on my back hard, sometimes I'll be hitting it twice a week while everything else is on a once a week schedule, and I still dont have lats like that! I bent over row 275 like nothing (10-12 reps) and I do wide grip pullups with a 55lb dumbbell in between my knees for reps! Still dont have lats like that!

My test levels at this point are probably 10x higher than yours with dbol throw in the mix and I STILL DONT GOT LATS LIKE YOU!

here is a pic. I also struggle to take a good back shot but F it. At least you cann see a little thickness to it although it isn't very winged out!

LOL and you say you don't gain off PH'S bro! pfffft Shazeezee beg to differ :P for real though p[ull ups don't increase the width bro, I promise you that, its the pull downs that doit, pick a weight that you get 12 to 15 on of wide AND I mean WIDEEEE grip pull downs, and doit for 4 sets like I said itll bring those puppys out with thew quickness, you can start doing those first for the next month and youll notice the difference.. that if ya want width since you got the thickness and strength, start with your cable moves first now and move on to the barbell work and pull ups! I promise you youll have dorian yates lats if you make sure to REALLY focus on the wide grip pulldowns at 10-12- reps, make sure your feeling that burn at 10 nd push it to 15 if you can. 12 is the goaline though.
 
For back I usually will do wide grip pull up 10-15 for about four sets then do rack rows. Ill be using 135lb dumbells and do about 12 if im wearing wrist wraps. then drop down and do 15 reps for a few sets. then usually will do like barbell rows for a few sets of pretty high rep. then I do cable t bar rows. I like doing them on the cables versus the actually barbell because the constant tension. I go heavy as ****. I usually just rep out the full weight stack for sets of 15. sometimes i wish i could pull a ronnie coleman and put a 45 lb plate on the weigh pin XD. I like really basic compound rowing motions. nothing fancy
 
Sorry im late, im new to this site but not new to PH and training, ive been reading your entire log the past half hour man incredible gains! those lift numbers are crazy...... i ran dmz a couple years back and loved it im looking to run it again possibly stacked with epi but i didnt want to kill my liver, had some bad back pumps the last time even with cycle assist and milk thistle i had to take a taurine supplement as well by week 4, Glad to see your cycle is going good though man keep it up!

I am not sure which compound it was but at first when running them about 3 or 4 weeks back pumps were so bad I had to sit down lol.
 
Yea deadlifts were out of the question for me come week 4 haha, either compound will do it they both add liver strain the say dmz more then epi, but as soon as i discontinued use and started pct back pumps were gone next day, be sure keep that water intake up that helped a s*** ton

Check my log if you like the v taper that's coming in I can give you my back work I added in some stuff and coach is saying my lats are really flaring out

Dude I love t-bar and any kind of cable rows, the tension and ability to squeeze a lot better then with barbells seems amazingly different where I squeeze so hard my lats cramp up to the max! I can never get that on the free weights no matter what way im doing them, I think those t-bar rows also bring out the width a lot as well, almost as much as wide gri pulldowns
 
About to destroy arms today. I have been running a 5 day split versus my six day twice a week per group split. The gains have been so much more notable in the past three week.
 
Maybe its been asked, possibly even by me, but what's on tap for peeceetee? Are you gonna non-chalantly toss in a natty anabolic? Perhaps an herbal tee booster? I
Am fond of using pct as a bridge into a natty run aka xgels, follidrone, etc

I have Nolva and clomid. Sup3r pct and DAA and exemestane. I might add in some Ara and anabeta or laxogenin if things are good financially with money

I can remember the simpler times of those first sprouting pubes like yesterday! Was over 20 years ago for me as well and I'm still invincible!!!

Hahah, I cried when I found a pube! Omggg!!!! I'm not a little girl anymore! Haha, I also cried when I turned 18 and my minor checking account switched over to a regular account. I became an adult! :'(
