Did chest and let's on Sunday and tokay I am doing back and biceps and tomorrow I'm doing shoulders and legs. Kind of like this new schedule
 
LOVE the vascularity increases from EQ! Honestly I feel it enhances a physique dramatically!
 
My strength has been exploding lately and it's weird because I have been eating at a deficit and actually lost a few pounds

Today I went in expecting to be a little weaker.
But I wasn't I did shoulders and a quick one

Over head dumbbell press

70's x 15
80s x 15
90's x 10
95s x 7
100's x 5

( this was massive for me because last cycle I was lucky to get 90s for what I'm getting the 100s now. I am around the same weight I ended last cycle at and holy hell a Lot stronger

DB Lateral raises superset front raises
30's 10x10
30s 10x 10
25's 10x10
20's 12x12
15s 15x 15
(MASSIVE PUMP)

Rear deltoid reverse flys
Drop sets
100x10, 80x 10, 60 x 10

I repeated these three drops for 5 sets

Incline skull crushers
115lbs for 2 sets of 12
Then dropped to 80lbs and cranked out 18 reps for 3 more sets


Leg raises and dip super set
15 leg raises and 15 dips
For 5 sets

VOLUME AS **** TODAY!!!
Finished all this **** in 50min and my shoulders and triceps were screaming

I have been focusing a lot on developing a fuller more developed chest and I'm definitely happy with where I am going with this. Upper chest popping out now

I tried legs and back together once, I hadn't eaten in a while and my blood sugar crashed, almost passed out lol I had to go get some candy next door and eat it before continuing.
