Since you are on goodies. I would skip the 2nd week of 1x15. Jump strait into 2x10,s85% of 15 rep max day. Had a good workout and threw some more on after the fact. Kneeling landmines, face pulls and some T-bar rows. Exercises are the same, so probably only post them once a week. Got the day off tomorrow (first in about 13 days) and will probably swing by the gym after my haircut. Still no issues with any part of the stack, so I'll probably up the Sup3r Epi to 750 on Monday. Also haven't had any stimmed pwo yet, so will probably try that on Monday as well.

Cool. Except the respiratory thing. My doc looked in every hole, tested my blood pressure which was awesome for the first time in 1 year looks at me smiles and says. You probably got a virus. You look great to me. Lol.

Yeah, I was probed a couple of years ago. Got the video and everything. Zero issues with the prostate, and zero chance of trt, unless I switch Dr's and pay my own.

So I'll finish this cycle, then 8 weeks pct and FD2, then another 4 weeks FD2 and then 7 days on the beach, hopefully looking half as studly as some of you guys. That's the plan, anyway.

! was actually considering this, but quickly realized that what ryane87 is saying would probably be the result. I should just try a different Dr within my network and see what happens. I wanna say my last physical had my total test at 390, which is within the "normal" range. Can't remember what free test was.

Side note.....Seems like I'm hungry all the time. And found myself fairly aggravated yesterday with my wife, though that could just be coincidental. Also, put on a T-shirt that my daughter got me when she was in Okinawa that I haven't worn in several months. Much tighter through the chest and shoulders, but loose in the belly. Definitely not from the andros already, just a sign that I'm putting on some size, which made me feel pretty darn good about things.

Here's the excercises, since it's been a while; Cable Fly, Flat DB Bench Press, Single DB Row, Close Grip Lat Pull, Upright Cable Row, Seated DB Shoulder Press, Seated Shrugs, V-Squat, Iso Leg Curl, Single DB Preacher Curl, Hammer Curl, DB Kickback, Seated Triceps Extension. 15 reps for all, and threw in some Kneeling landmine presses, dips and plate pinches.

Are you bulking, leaning or "lean bulking"?
I don't understand the craze of taking epi or trest pwo- nothing against those who do, but seems it would make more sense to have this fully in your blood stream vs its starting to be distributed in your body. there are other threads for those who even went to 1500 pwo and really didn't do much. but if it is working for you, keep it up otherwise space this out, might be better off

Theyre going. Working 36 out of every 48 hours between fire and EMS, and in a few classes. I am mentally drained, but am getting back on track!
You do any spring Turkey hunting? I'm guessing that's a few weeks out, but sounds like maybe you could use some alone time in the woods.
