.......You have to remember that beyond the deconditioning period, you had 4 weeks in the 5-10 rep range. It could be well over a month between 15 rep sessions.

Day dos consisted of 12 hours at work, then 45 minutes of cardio followed by 25 minutes of abs. Followed by 45 minutes of hating the majority of people. Also noticed that it seems like I spend my day swallowing pills.

Day dos consisted of 12 hours at work, then 45 minutes of cardio followed by 25 minutes of abs. Followed by 45 minutes of hating the majority of people. Also noticed that it seems like I spend my day swallowing pills.

Only 45 minutes of hating the majority of people? I can't even understand this. 12 hours of work would probably provide me with at least 6 hours of severe people dislike.

Just remind yourself, it will always be easier to be dumb than it is to learn and be smart - thus most people are idiots.

Actually, I hadn't realized that until I read your post HIT4ME. I walked into the gym expecting the same workout feeling I had prior to the decondition week. Turns out, I was wrong!

Lol, yeah, I understand that feeling too. 15 reps is so hard for me especially the first week...but then 10 doesn't seem so bad....then 5 seems easy. And then you go back to do 15 and it is brutal again!

Just remind yourself, it will always be easier to be dumb than it is to learn and be smart - thus most people are idiots.

I work 8-10 hour shifts so I'm at an average of 8-10 hours of hating people a day.
 
Today was 3 sets 80% 15 rep max, same exercises as before. Took a shot of Max Reps, a jug of bcaa's and hit the gym. Wasn't as crowded this afternoon and workout was a little easier. Still sucked balls, but at least I hit 3x15 on everything this time. Still dosing the 1 at 330 and the epi at 500. Haven't had any issues with anything, so I'll probably jump the Sup3r Epi up to 750 next week. If the Sup3r 19 shows up within the first couple of weeks, I'll throw it in too. If not I'll just hang onto it.

And maybe a stupid question, but what's the consensus on alcohol while doing this? Not talking about getting totally shytfaced, but my Wife and some friends want to hit the Mexican restaurant, and I'm not sure I can say no to at least one margarita. I realize it's not the best idea, but would it be the end of the world?

And it's been 3 days and I'm still smaller than smith_69. I might have got a bad batch or something

3 days and no magic? Break out the SERM and just go into PCT.

As far as the drinks...I would think 1-2 on occasion with what you are on isn't going to cause an issue. Obviously play it safe...But that doesn't mean a little will instantly cause an issue. Especially if it's like 1 time every 2 weeks or something infrequent. Certainly a guy like you doesn't have THAT many friends to be drinking every night. Well...Maybe people like your wife. :)

A drink or 2 or 3 beers shouldn't be a problem once a week.

Yes sir. I enjoy the program, but to be honest I don't know if I'll continue it past this 8 weeks. The decondition week is what I'm having the most issues with.

Too early to tell. What I can tell you is that I dislike transdermals.
