Do serms kill libido even with normal testosterone levels?

When running SERMs, what happens is that as your testosterone levels rise, your estrogen will follow. And high estrogen can affect libido.
Consider using an AI like Aromasin (exemestane) in moderate doses to keep your estrogen at a healthy range. Have you done bloods to see where you are?

Yes, test was raised to to almost 1300 ng/dl but e2 was 64 pg/ml. I've converted the units as am from Canada and we use different units.

E2 at 64 is quite high. What was your level pre-cycle? Mine went up to 42 and that killed my libido. Try exemestane at 12.5 mg ED for a few weeks, that should help.
