Serious question

I have a beef with something. Here it is- Every thread I read, everyone I talk to, is alwyas saying that if you want to be a truly big, strong, bad mofo one day, you have to train as a natural for as long as possible, and then use steroids to get you to the other side of the hill instead of climbing the hill.
Now, this makes sense, but if you look at all of the biggest, strongest bodybuilders, powerlifters, w.e. many of them started steroids young(except some like Yates for example)
Ronnie Coleman was competing as a late teen training in a big time bodybuildin gym. Im sure he used before the age of 21 or around there. HE could of trained alot longer naturally before he used gear. But the dude kept growing for two decades and got stronger and stronger as he got older. JAy Cutler didnt reach his genetic limit I bet used when he was young, powerlifter Andy Bolton deadlifted 800 something pounds in high school(he is a freak, but you really think he was natural?) And now can pull over a thousand something ponds?? Kevin Nee the skinny high school kid is a sorta lean 285 now and graduated high school at like 190 pounds six foot one. The dudes benched 500 already. Leaving the "gentics" bull**** comments ot of it, is someone jst turning 21 ready to use gear seriously and is very deicated

It is because with each cycle you do androgen receptors become less sensitive to the steroids. Therefore, each cycle more must be taken as opposed to the previous cycle. This forces the cell to produce more receptors. However, this is a limit to this and eventually you'll hit a wall with the amount of steroids that can be taken up by a cell. Now, back to why you should reach your genetic potential first is so that you can benefit from the steroids for a much further point passed your genetic potential.

Go ahead and go shoot up than. please do so. after reading that post im more than sure that you have genetics like colmean, jay, arni and yates.

Have fun. dont hit a vein.

TOOL

P.S. Rubbering, if you could please post a pic to put this post into words LOL. thank you.

HAHAHA. I am having steak for dinner!!! LMFAO. Perfect!!

btw, what do all those stars mean in your post??

**** you man I didnt ask for your **** opinion I dont have a ****ing camera nice abs abecrombie boy go eat some steak

I honestly laughed out loud from this. were going to get along great!!!

Alright, im out for now, I gotta go eat....my steak. literally....

Cause youre too much man for me. i cant compete with that therefore I cant have you as a friend.

And we cant be friends since I cant read your posts. Thier like morse code with all those stars.

lastly, youre yet to use punctuation while talking to me. adding to the Morse code-ness.

huh, are you sure jay cutler and ronnie coleman use steroids?
I'm pretty sure it's the muscle tech products that got them to where they are today.
I mean, have you seen the jay cutler mass stack? that stuff is the mad note.:bryce::banana:

LMAO. I think hes natural. ive read his bulking diet and all it has in it is muscle tech products and food. so he must not be on anything besides that. HAHA. makes sense to me..

WTF is the morris code?
Don't go on about punctuation man you're apparently not aware of the apostrophe and its crucial role in contractions.
Besides that I agree w/ you 100%

hey nparisi **** you man i didnt ask you for your **** opinion i dont have a ****ing dictionary look at your smile go eat some chicken you abercrombie smiling dude thing.

HAHAHAHAHA.

I got that dis from the OP. pretty good huh?!

and for all intents and purposes. morris code is a corrupt version of morse code. for your information haha.

LOL i needz the abercrombie abz....They rejected my ass and told me to close my mouth when I chew

This has been a high class thread LOL.

Travis, your kind of a d*ick..

That being said, Im sure what travis was trying to say was that he put hard work into getting where he is at, and he'd be hatting if someone else just took a pill and got to be his size in 2 weeks.:18:

There's truth there; but that was really just a joke OP.

If you start takingroids now, to continue to grow you'll need like 2 grams of T in your cycle by the time your 35 (or at some point down the road).

But atlas, more importantly, if your going to do something like steroids, make sure its a long term goal of yours.
I don't know one person who has taken roids right off the bat and is still "beefcake"..
Cause it was just kind of a "I want to be big, what do I take" kind of thing, and for long term, there's more to it then that.

Well **** guys, I don't really buy into the receptor argument at all... I made negligible gains on my first few cycles... compounds were too WEAK for me... wasn't until my last cycle (my SEVENTH) that I made some very visible gains. It was my 3rd time running Superdrol inside of 1 year and it worked just as well as the first time...
The receptor argument is bull**** IMO

For me... I don't give a **** what your age is, I think that you need to be physically mature. 21+ is a liability thing designed by PH companies so they don't get sued by kids messing up their hormones while they are still physically maturing. If you are a BOY you are too young, if you are a MAN you are old enough. For me i decided that having stopped growing a long, looong time ago and having a full beard meant i was physically "there."

I think what's more important is your level of training, you want to train naturally until you get down DIET and TRAINING. You need to train for a few years to do this, you need to push your body's limits pretty hard before you understand what type of diet works for you and what type of training works for you. You need to do a lot of reading, you need to do a lot of experimenting. You need to push your frame and see how far you can get it, you need to push your lift maxes and squeeze out everything you can.

When you get stuck, it's not time for steroids, it's time to figure out what the problem is... MOST OF THE TIME just take 1 week off, change your routine, and start eating more and you can restart your gains.

After a while you've got everything figured out and your gains slow down... That's time to party with juice.

The problem with starting juice early isn't about starting before you're 21, the problem is starting before you've figured out diet and training. If you're not very advanced you can still make huge gains with a ****ty diet and ****ty training, that gets you on a level playing field with people that have been working longer/harder but then your success is based on your steroid use and you still don't understand diet or training chances are you will be one of those people who rollercoasters up and down after every cycle and doesn't get very far because the basics of diet and training have been left behind and buried under steroid use.

Basically all I am saying is to make sure that the two variables diet and training are optimized before starting cycles

Unreal is pretty much dead on with what he's saying, although, there are studies which can make a case for diminishing returns due to long term use, based on receptors.....

gains are going to diminish anyway... you start at say 5'10 180 and 12% and after 8 cycles lets say you are 5'10 220 and 10%... cycle #9 isn't going to get you much further cuz ur stats are maxing out. I think it's an overrated issue anyway, in my experience everything I've tried the 2nd time and 3rd time was just as good as the first time in terms of its effects on my body however if my body is at a higher level it'll be harder for me to make/keep the gains anyway

There have been numerous case studies done which proves receptor saturation and sensitivity to be correct. I'm sure they vary differently from individual to individual, but nonetheless it's still the physiological process which occurs.

I still think the receptor issue is so overrated... I know longtime AAS users who, after decades of use, are actually using LESS total mg/week because they found out that more isn't necessarily better... These people did not need to go to 2g of test/week they find that over the years even after going to several grams of AAS a week, 500mg of test a week still works fine for them... Read any oldschool AAS boards you'll see what I mean.

I think a lot of dudes with the longest history of AAS are using the lowest doses... Where is Sonicwaste.

It's stupid young guns like me who are pushing high doses hoping that gains will be way better if i do way more... I'm going to exceed 1g of test on my next cycle... I have to know if it'll be any better.

I am not saying that the receptors are not an issue just that it's a grossly exaggerated issue. And in my personal experience there is no noticeable "downregulation" of receptors from cycle to cycle... I initially believed VERY strongly in all of this. That's why my first cycle was a very modest Halodrol 50/50/50/50 cycle, I figured with my above average propensity to gain muscle and virgin receptors, a light cycle would be all I needed to gain a few pounds... How wrong was I, i gained NOTHING on that cycle... NOTHING.

My most rapid gains have been accomplished each time i used Superdrol even though it was 3x within 1 year. The first time, was after almost a month of Epi. Did that month of epi diminish the gains from SD, no, not at all. I think you can run back to back cycles of the same compound and they will have the same effect. Tons of people here have done this, most commonly with Epi and Superdrol. There is always diminishing returns, 15 pounds on the first cycle, 10 on the second, and so on, but the anabolic environment created by the steroids is the same... Muscle gain will always slow as you progress further along the logarithmic curve of gains.

Xtraflossy i don't think anyone will need 2g of test even if they use a lot of steroids, there's greatly diminishing returns with dose, having suptranutral test levels will always create a more anabolic environment and help with gains... If he needs 2g of test it'll be because he's ridiculously jacked and pushing well past genetic limits.

Again... When I read oldschool AAS boards I see a lot of the old members using very conservative doses, they don't need to double and triple the dose because their receptors are "dirty."

There have been numerous case studies done which proves receptor saturation and sensitivity to be correct. I'm sure they vary differently from individual to individual, but nonetheless it's still the physiological process which occurs.

i can attest to that as far as getting bigger and adding a decent amount of quality MASS. however in my experience strength gains continue.

I don't buy the receptor down regulation claim much either. I think people just fail to realize that they need to eat progressively more and more with each cycle / pound they gain.

If you run 3 cycles of Sdrol, and use the same caloric approach / diet for each one (as many people do), and assuming you maintain most of the gains intra-cycle, you will naturally gain less and less in the 2nd and 3rd cycle simply because you need to eat more based on your increased muscle mass from the previous cycle(s). If all you do is always go from (just making up numbers) 2700 cal to maintain, and 3500 on cycle, back to 2700 over and over, you will hardly ever add a lb in later cycles.

I also think if you want to be a IFBB pro with potential to make it big (Mr.O stage) before you turn 30, you probably need to be on the juice before being 21, no two ways about it. But for the avg lifter, its not a good idea.

You know that's actually one of the smarter things I've heard man. A the top guys genetic freaks or not, started on the sauce at a yong age.
Do you think this applies to strength athletes also in our opinion? thanks
