As I continue to use max reps part 3.

I took the advice of many of the users in this forum.
Instead of preloading, I have sipped it this week during my workout.

The results have been very beneficial.
I was worried that I was no longer making gains on my core lifts due to the pumps I was getting.
This has gone away and my PR are on the rise again.
I also gained the advantage of adding reps to my isolation movements.
Seriously, since I have started using max reps I am leaving the gym with my muscles more full.
And I am lifting more volume and weight in my isolation movements without sacrificing form.

I personally am still a huge fan of the taste; just a personal preference.

This is my third week of using the product with all workouts.

I stand by my original log, max reps definitely has a spot in my supplement stash going forward.

Outside of the time I spent in the Army, I've spent my whole life in Houston.

And every part of it blows.



Worst climate in the nation, worst drivers on this side of the world, and our sports teams suck too. (Hate the Texans, big Astros fan though)


Only reason I stay is because the economy is still above average, and I don't want to sell my house.

What part of Houston? I'll give you drivers, but I think all drivers suck. Worst climate in the nation? I don't see that.

I think you've mistaken Houston with Chicago.

haterrrr. Although the humidity is terrible. Where are you located in Houston?

I can't stand Houston drivers in the rain or when it's foggy. Or the random slammed truck/charger doing 20 below speed limit in the 610/45/59 fast lane.

Chicago sucks too, but that's mostly crime issues.


Houston weather is about as bad as it gets.

I live in the West U/Rice Village area and love it. Weather isn't bad... Humidity is no worse here than East Texas where I'm from. If that's the case, you just hate humid weather and most of the South lol.

Houston food scene is much better than Dallas, unsure about Austin as I haven't ventured out much there.

I will say, the lack of zoning is weird, but I really enjoy Houston and the weather. Even when it's 110 at 9 pm.

Dallas is a nicer looking city, although I've spent very little time there so can't compare them personally.


I don't much care for the big city life in general, but the humidity in Houston is worse than anywhere else I've been in Texas or otherwise.

Mixed MR with about 4 oz of the remaining Peaches and Cream Triumph.

Surprisingly not bad. Strong tart watermelon flavor transitions to a delayed peaches and cream after taste.
 
So I think I've found my new winner for pre-cardio.

Lately I've been adding a lot into my lifting sessions, but Sundays are always dedicated cardio days for basketball, so I dose things a little differently.

Normally about an hour out, but from now on I'm gunning for 30 minutes, I'm dosing the following combination:

Pills:
- CardioTryx
- 200mg caffeine
- 25mg ephedrine
- 15mg GW

Shaker:
- Max Reps (1 scoop)
- 3g beta alanine
- 500mg COP

During session:

- 1 scoop Compete
- 5g taurine
*(dosed a second time normally about an hour in)



The endurance is flat out phenomenal. Seriously, this is my new favorite.

I've utilized CardioTryx since it was released, but you have to avoid creatine around the dosing window, so a lot of pre-workouts aren't favorable. It's nice to be able to just use Max Reps and then take my stims along with it.

Highly suggest the combo if you're looking for a long cardio session not revolving around weight-training.
 
Quick question. I gulped down 1 scoop of MaxReps+= around 3:30pm today, I have a sex date with some chick later tonight that I never had before so I'm trying to make a very strong first impression.

If I gulped MaxReps+ at 3:30pm is it possible to take a 25mg of Viagra late tonight or am I'm risking too much?

I was hoping to be able to pop the 25mg round 11pm which is about 7.5 hours away just not sure if it's smart to do.

Not something that I've used, but I think it's probably user dependent. Some people would get way too much of a BP drop and others may not.

Unless you've dosed it close-ish to nitrates before, I'd opt not to just to be safe. I'd rather be human and not pass out from low BP than be super-human for one night lol

Anyone tried Jack3d with MaxREPS? Still trying to find the right amount of stims to go with MR and I have a bunch of Jack3d sitting here. Just not sure if there's anything dangerous there since the Jack3d label doesn't list out amounts.

Not something I've tested, but theoretically it should be a good combo.
 
Thanks for the feedback. Thinking about BronkAid but I'm just a little squeamish about it. So I'll give this a go and see what happens! If I'm not back in a few hours, my heart exploded.

Obviously everything is user dependent and to be clear, stims don't hit me that hard (though I also don't venture out into most of the uncharted waters).

That said, my go-to stack lately has been:

- 1 scoop Max Reps
- 3g beta alanine
- 500mg COP

mixed in a shaker

and then caps/tabs:

- 25mg ephedrine (1 tab Bronkaid)
- 400mg caffeine (2 200mg caps)


I absolutely love it.

Same here. I could drink a pot of coffee and feel nothing. My go to PWO had been Jack3d and C4 Neuro. Anything weaker and I just don't feel like I can give it my all. I have been eyeing your "recipe" and am willing to bet it's likely the right mix for me as well. Like I say, I'm just weirded out by the fact that I have to get the BronkAid from a pharmacist. Makes me feel like I'm going to kill myself with the stuff :). Which is stupid because I never have a problem taking stuff like a PWO with DMAA. But whatever.

For the record, Jack3d with MaxREPS was a solid combo today.

If it makes you feel better, it wasn't all that long ago that ephedrine was in supps and Bronkaid was right next to Advil.

Nothing unsafe about it at all; just idiots who manufacture it into meth, so now they keep it behind the counter and only let each individual buy so much per year to cut down on that risk (since it takes quite a bit of cold medicine to yield the meth batch).

How many bronkaid/caffeine do you take. What are your results generally in say 8 weeks time? What amount of cardio do you do while stacking these, if you don't mind me asking.
 
I haven't ran an EC stack in 7 years lol. I just use 1 cap Bronkaid pre cardio. Lately I've been using it pre-workout each day. So 1 tab + 400mg caffeine. Great endurance and energy
