I'm gonna mix it with modern creatine tonight and let y'all know how it is

Already tried it. Not bad. I still prefer the WL solo. I wasn't a huge fan of the LL ModCre taste. But that's just me. I've fiddled around with different water amounts and I don't care for it. But it goes well with something that already has lemon or lime in it! (Like MaxReps WL.) ?

But back on track used max reps for a hyperteophy based back shoulders and arms workout today

Threw in a lot of giant and supersets the pump nasty just off
My first exercise of rest pause on a single arm cable low row

My arms blew up when doing a giant set of tricep press downs , ez bar curls, overhead tricep extension and finished with cable hammer curls in a circuit was brutal

Solution, I know you were being Sarcastic. I explained because most don't know and I'm reintroducing myself to those who may forgot about my presence after my short stint away last year.

Second day on the Max Reps used more water (16oz) still a little for my taste but I got a great workout and the pumps were very good. 2 Thumbs Up !!

Wear it whenever you have to go somewhere important now -- like church, a wedding, etc.

Max Reps right after putting in cup. Just sinks right down to the bottom. Some mixes, too, on its own. I really like that. Much easier to stir.

Some settling after a few seconds of stirring, but no biggie. No problems of its in a shaker--just shake every so often.

Today was my "off" day, so I had to get some cardio in ;)

Training to stay young. At 44, it is getting harder and harder. I try to run with the young bulls, but end up limping home...

Anyone tried stacking with AminoLIFT? I have some in my stash, thinking it might be a good mix for a guy like me who prefers a little stim in his pre.
 
I'm not normally a fan of anything watermelon. But WL MaxReps is one of the best tasting supps I've ever had!
 
1 scoop Modern Pre + 1 scoop MaxReps isn't bad either. About 90% Modern Pre flavored Fruit Punch with a bit of a tart twang about half way through. The watermelon is nearly non existent. Was going to do legs till I realized the pump would probably be too intense.

I've been wondering about the pump of this combination too. Probably going to do it on a chest or arm day for the heck of it!

I usually use Conquer Unleashed and Hydro3 (KNO3... Nitrates) or HV and Hydro3.
 
Mixed a little bit of stim in with my Max Reps this morning for legs, Good work out!

My insider package arrived today , and I just got done with my workout , let me put it this way , I'm happy like a pig in the mud that I have three jugs of this stuff , I will admit that I might have add like 3/4 of a scoop of modern pre just for fun and boy it was fun indeed. Another great product. You guys have yourself a great night .
 
Same combo that I used yesterday for my cardio, minus the GW and CardioTryx:

1 scoop Max Reps + 3g beta alanine + some COP + 2 caffeine caps (400mg) + 1 cap Bronkaid (25mg ephedrine)

It was my high volume arm session today. Total workout time was 1 hour 45 minutes (partially because I dropped my shaker and it cracked LOL, so I had to go find a stupid towel and then had it laying in my cubbie on its side so it wouldn't spill out because I didn't bring a spare with me). Anyway, that took extra time, but I ended up logging 2 miles on the track in between all my sets (and sprinted the stairs each time).

Workout was:

Standing EZ Bar Curls: 6x25
Narrow Grip Preacher Curl: 1x25
Solo Seated Cable Ring Curls (Elbow on Knee): 4x25
DB Hammer Curls: 5x25

Tri Bar Pushdowns: 6x25
Solo Rope Tri Overhead Extension (think throwing a football motion): 4x25
45* Cable Ring Reverse Curls: 4x25



Increased weight on several and kept steady on the rest; down about ~7 pounds from the last time I did that workout 2 weeks ago.

Ended up with a great pump despite hitting the track between most of my sets vs. just going set to set (main goal is fat loss right now and I've realized that even if it results in a slightly longer time between sets, walking the track vs. just waiting to lift makes a HUGE difference for me).

Got bicep cramps when trying to brush my teeth and even drying off after the shower. Intense.

Got my first workout in with Maxreps yesterday. Back and Bi's. The pump was intense. Definitely up there with 2 scoops HV, so Maxreps is a great value. Also, Watermelon Limeade is delicious. I wish I would have chosen that flavor for all 3 tubs.

Well , All your products that i tried treated me well , and I tried quite a few , add to it USPlabs generosity ( I got couple of hookups and I never asked for a free staff ) makes it easy to support you guys .
On a side note , most staff I purchased , it was not given to me . And I will continue to buy your supplements ,simply because i enjoy using them . Im currently using modern pre , bcaa , max rep , ultimate t ( I'm in my 7 week) so your products cover most of my bases and I've been using that staff for quite awhile .

Dude you are a bada$$ , if I tried to run stairs between sets I would and up having a hart attack lol
