Oh yeah I will be back on my log starting Sunday. I decided to take 4 days of rest before I start a new training cycle plus I have alot of capping to do. I got cissus and YG!
 
How could I forget, nothing worse the getting in aGumby suit and going to a mandatory ball, and having to pay for it.
