Semi new to lifting. Is creatine worth it/advised?

Yes, nothing is more backed by beneficial studies than creatine monohydrate. Go to Examine to see all that it does for you.

Yes most definitely. Check out creatine HCL by SNS if you're looking for some options. That's typically my go to creatine product.

Yes, it works and is one of the most tried and true natural muscle building/recovery supplements out there. It's safe enough you could give it to an elderly person or a child. That being said don't expect gear like results. Diet and training routine are what's going to drive your results the most.

Hi all. As title states.

looking for feedback in this regard.
Thanks!!

Sure is. Creatine and caffeine are like the top 2 most studied ingredients for performance. And both are relatively cheap.

Don't need fancy creatine either, just regular ol' monohydrate. 5g everyday till the end of time. No loading.
