Select Protein snickerdoodle

Ok it's so good I felt the need to add yet one more select protein thread.

taste: 10 out of 10
It's amazing how much it taste just like a snickerdoodle cookie. No bad aftertaste. Great with water.

Bloat: 10 out of 10
Not sure what it is but as I get older I seem to have more issues with bloat. Even with proteins I've never had issues with in the past it seems to happen often now. With select I have zero bloat.

Ease of mixing: 10 out of 10
I don't use mixer balls and it still easily mixes. No issues.

Location of scoop when first opened: 1 out of 10
Purchased 2 and both caused me much mental pain and suffering as I had to dig to the bottom to find the scoop. Very disappointed PES

Overall 9.5 as I subtracted .5 for the therapy I had to pay for because of the whole scoop thing.

I definitely have a new staple in my supp cabinet.

PES please look at putting in a larger container. I'll buy it!
 
Thanks for the review. I'll pickup the snickerdoodle after I finish up my Syntha-6 which is my current fav.

Gotta try it bro. IMO syntha-6 takes a back seat to select snickerdoodle. Plus S6 has a good amount of sugar in it.
 
Snicker doodle is delicious. Definitely the best tasting and best profile IMO out. Nice review.
 
Love this review and actually laughed out loud at the protein scoop issue. It never fails eh, always at the bottom
 
I just ordered a tub of it tonight so I am very excited to try it. As far as the scoop being at the bottom of the tub I can relate lol. I use SAN titanium whey 5lbs and the scooper is ALWAYS at the bottom
 
lol, awesome review.

I had a tub of each flavour and the scoop was on top in all three tubs.

I knew right then that Select was magical.

Select Protein definitely surprised me in the flavor department. I will have to buy again, thats for sure. I'm currently using Trutein by Trunutrition Sciences which is some high quality stuff, but the flavor provided by PES is on another level. It goes into my top 3 favorite Protein supplements at the moment.

Does it taste better than the Trutein?
 
I mean taste is quite subjective. I find it better tasting IMO, but I like the overall formula and the extra goodies you get with Trutein. They're both great choices

Just out of curiosity (not critiquing), which extra parts of trutein do you like? The only real difference is egg protein, which they sell very well as a medium-digesting, high quality protein, but the reality is that uncooked egg protein digests even slower than casein and has poor bioavailability
 
We have recently had customers asking how it compares to Trutein taste wise so these reviews were very timely, thank you.

Trutein taste was mehh.

I only had chocolate. Slightly reminded me of isopure but I liked the profile and inclusions in the protein.

Snickerdoodle tastes really good there's no grit to it like the trutein I had

But this is based off trutein taste from years ago when they were board sponsors here
