Leg day today
Knee was bothering me so didn’t go too crazy today. Did mostly abs and all the leg machines -leg extensions, leg curl, Leg press, seated calf raises, good girl and bad girls. Then 12 sets of abs.
walked at a moderate pace on the Threadmill for 15 mins
Then did t miles worth of walking apple picking and corn mazes with the kids.
Good stuff. Saturday are perfect for that. Glad to see it’s treating you well. Hopefully the knee feels better boss.

Taking a rest day today. Woke up feeling like crap coughing, soar throat and chest congestion. Hoping it passes quickly. Got a COVID test just in case I have small kids at home.

Sorry for the late update I had two sick kids at home I was taking care of. Still hit the gym and finished another pull day and lower day.
Few notes did a few different things since I have so much extra energy with SS.
On pull day I added in inverted rows - I was flying through the reps like no tomorrow, I need to add these in more often.
Knee was feeling good so I added in hack squats on the hack squat machine again. Forgot how brutal these are and I didn’t even go heavy. Started with a plate per side then went to two plates per side and stayed at that weight. Changed my footing inbetween sets and my quads are actually sore for a change.

I was 16 hours fasted today which I usually never go that long without food but I wasn’t hungry this morning at all. Also I’m weighed in today at 238 and haven’t even changed my diet, I actually had some apple cider donuts this week and some apple pie which is rare for me lately. I do make protein pumpkin pie every 3 days though. I think the alpha y defiantly has something to do with the weight loss

Really god I did because I had a insane shoulder pump and my shoulders felt loose for pressing movements. Been having some mobility problems with my left delt the past week, even sliding a belt loop has been painful but doing pressing move Inga felt fine. Weird
SS fruit punch flavor has been treating me good. So glad I chose that flavor. Still mixes easily and leaves nothing behind.
Pumps are real, energy real, taste real. Glad you’re still enjoying it boss. I have those apple cider donuts myself but haven’t opened them. Cheat day Saturday they’re coming in hot though.

Yesterday was pull day. Dosed one scoop of SS prior and off to the gym. I had about 45 mins to get it done due too being my wife’s 40th bday and I think if I missed that I wouldn’t be here posting lol.
Flavor is still solid and so is mixabilty. SS goes down so smoothly and not sick of the flavor yet. Energy is still about 90% of what is was when I first tried it. Usually my stim tolerance goes way up but SS says f you I’m still going kick your ass And make up through weights around. Wound up doing 5 back exercises and 3 bicep with 4 sets of each. Really got a solid pump and again my forearms were pumped.
