Ive been a supp junkie for way too long lol and now Ive put together some, IMHO, some solid staples.

My goals are simple, get leaner and make reasonable gains in strength and performance.

Heres my list:
ADAM
Protien Powder
MCM
LCarnitine Tartrate
Caffeine tabs
Green Tea
Hawthron Berry
Vit C

What da ya think? too much? too little? anything im missing? thanks!! :-)

Drop hawthorn berry and green tea. IDK what MCM is. Add creatine, beta-alanine, and fish oil.

opps i meant MCC or Magnesium Creatine Chelate!

Thanks for the help yo, ive never tried fish oil, gotta hop on that
 
fish oil is a must in my opinion... probably most worthwhile supp and best bang for the buck.
