Secondary Hypogonadism and Clomid.

Hello...
I have a secondary hypogonadism.

And my doctors will not give me clomid to get my natural levels of T back up.
They say it has to many side effects.

It has been 3 weeks now trying to get treatment.
How long can I go before my system is shut down for good?

He is not prescribing anything because he thinks I am fine.

Which is BULLSHIT. (Excuse me... I'm pissed)

I know I am not fine...
My T levels are low normal... But he says "They are completely Normal"
So he won't do anything.

My testicles have felt light... and like they aren't working properly.
I KNOW that I have this...
The doctors just aren't cooperating.

Your doctors are right. If your testosterone is normal, you shouldnt take testosterone. Clomid should not be used for your situation either.

You could possibly ask your doctor to look into hCG monotherapy but I dont think this is a good option either.

what were your test results?

Secondary hypogonadism is when something is wrong with your pituitary gland, resulting in low LH and FSH right? While primary is when your LH and FSH are high, but your testicles dont respond to it? Do both of them cause you to have small testicles?

Are you born with secondary hypogonadism.Usually doctors wont give clomid.Even if you habe below normal T levels they dont give any treatment other than T-gels or t-shots if you dont want kids.post your test results

Hey guys...
Sorry I took so long.
I've been dealing with some shyte.

My T level tested as being like 243.
And my doc said it was normal.
I am 19 years old.
That is NOT normal for someone my age.

I feel like complete ****.

My doc said that my FSH and LH were also normal.
I dunno if I believe him though.
He is sending me those results through the mail.
I should have them soon to post.

Your doc sounds like a complete douche. How can he call that normal testosterone? Maybe if you are like 75 years old.. Time for a second opinion.

Your dr has not looked at other factors which 90% of traditional dr's neglict.
19 years old low T TRT should not even be considered with out ruling out everything else and TRT at last resort. I have got guys jumpstarted naturally by looking at lifestyle, nutritoin/ supplmentation, sleep patterns, possible toxic exposures, and other hormonal imbalance not ruled out ..

Im 20.

Total T 300's.

LH- 1.5

Docs won't do sh*t cuz i'm on the range. I have grade III varicocele as well. Medical comminuty is full of crap. Theres no such thing as Quality of Life to Endo's/Urologists.

I'm going to see Doctor John Crisler next tuesday.

I've also changed my major emphasis to pre-medical in hopes of being one of those pioneering doctors.

Good luck! I hope more young guys like you pursue this field. It's not only about quality of life; it's about disease prevention. Treatment will save our health care system billions.

Yeah my endo is looking for something that could be causing it... and finding nothing.
But I am pretty convinced that it is something to do with my balls T production.

Just randomly... Months ago...
One night... My balls started feeling very very light.
Followed by me feeling like ****... and my libido plummeting ect, ect.

Why would my balls randomly quit on me like that??
I can't think of why.

That week I was working out a lot... eating lots of eggs... and lots of vegies.
Lots of broccoli.
Much more broccoli than I would normally eat.
2 small plates a day.
I've read at a few sites... that RARELY... an overdose of Lignans(Which brocolli is high in)
can affect the testicles negatively.

If this is true... than I've found the culprit.

I KNOW for sure... that its my balls...
Because they feel... Not right...
They feel like they aren't working.

Question:
Does anybody know how much TRT would cost with cover from insurance.
Just in case it does come down to that.
I would like to know.
