Second Cycle log- Bring on the Gainz!!

WHAT UP LEG DAY!!! time for squats. Im not sure if there is something in the air, or taking a week off from doing heavy legs, but i am so freakin ready to get in there and try out some squats.

Gonna start low and see how the toe feels, then ill obviously start piling on the weight til i chicken out. Hoping for good things!
 
So, Friday i did legs, and i was not very happy with my performance. Not because of my toe though, i felt really weak, barely able to get 365 x 6 for one set, and then kinda fizzled out the rest of the workout.

Friday night i figured out why, i started running a temp of 101. horrible stomach pains, and frequent bathroom visits. didnt eat anything friday night, or saturday except for a bowl of chicken broth with rice. sunday was a tad better, had a couple bowls of soup, but still feel like my stomach was going to come out of my @$$. weighed myself this morning and im only 208 :( im sure i am dehydrated, which adds to the loss, but still, depressing to see that. I am below my starting weight of this cycle. taking today off from the gym to rest. gonna try and hit it hard tomorrow (tuesday).
 
anyone know how long these stomach bugs last? so far today i have had 1 bowl of chicken soup from chick fil a, and i tried to eat 2 cups of rice just now and i feel super nauseated and bloated. i foresee another bathroom trip soon.
 
well damn. didnt even get to go to work today. i was up all night in the bathroom. i am so glad my wife buys quality TP. i think i am feeling a tad better. that , or the entire bottle of pepto bismol is working finally. another blown gym day. im not sure i could even get 225 once on bench today i feel so drained. getting sick blows.
 
finally starting feeling better yesterday. Gonna hit up the gym today and maybe knock out an upper body routine. tomorrow will be a lower body routine. and then rest for the weekend. Then hit it HARRDDDD next week. I weighed myself this morning and i look like a flat 205 due to all the weight loss from not eating and only having chicken broth for all my meals the last few days.
 
please god, make this stop. i thought it was over. went to the gym yesterday and felt decent, did a lighter chest workout. got home and BAM. started to recreate the Dumb and Dumber bathroom scene. weighed in this morning at 204.... and i feel sickly and small. whyyyyyyyyyyyy
 
it finally subsided friday afternoon. im back on the upswing and tackled Back day today. Felt really good. weight is at 207, gotta start putting down some food to make up for all those days with a bowl of soup and crackers. Seriously, anyone who gets food poisoning or some kind of stomach flu, my heart goes out to ya. ill send ya roll of Charmin for my condolences. I def need to get progress pics up this week some time. Its embarrassing how flat i look right now since losing so much water weight.
 
i just can't catch a break lately. got to the gym monday and tuesday. Had a good workout those days. Then went to the gym wednesday, killed some shoulders, got home and parked my car. then i went to run an errand an hour later and my car had been broken into. window was smashed, interior ripped apart, radio stolen.

that is some serious rage fuel in the gym though. Did legs on Thursday and all i could think about was beating the piss outta whoever stole my stuff. made for a decent workout!

so, the time has come to finally start shedding a little excess weight and get lean for the beach. I am headed on a week long vacation with about 12 friends (and wife of course), and i am vain enough that i wanna look good on the beach. im thinking i need to drop to 200 or so to get some good ab definition going on. so, time to suck it up and start with 40 min of cardio 3 x a week. plus, a restricted diet. lameski. i love food.
 
damn dude that sucks! yeah i always have more fun with the bulking cycle but it is getting close to beach time. You would probably be shredded around 195-200lbs. I got slammed at work the last couple weeks, still trying to get my next cycle going.

yeah, 195 would be pretty lean for me and thats about my goal for the beginning of july.

Sorry for the lack of updates to anyone following, things have been hectic with trying to get my car repaired and getting to the gym as well.

I hit up legs wednesday and for the first time in a long while, i didnt do free weight squats. I started with the leg press, did a pyramid set up, then back down ( i think it was 12 total sets). Moved on to straight leg deadlifts with dumbbells, then with a barbell. Kept on trucking along to do hack squats on the machine, then ended it by doing 10 sets of calf raises on the seated calf raise plate machine. Needless to say, i am feeling good today. It was kind of nice to switch it up and not do squats. I feel like it really hit a few areas of my legs that have been neglected.

Did a BACK day yesterday and hit a new personal record for T-Bar rows. Workout went something like this:

Warmup: 6 sets of widegrip pull ups x 15 reps

Lat Pull downs: 5 sets, 12 reps each

T-Bar Rows: 3 plates x 15
4 plates x 12
5 plates x 10
6 plates x 5 x 2 (drop set to 5 plates for 5 reps, drop set to 4 plates for 8 reps, dropset to 3 plates for 14 reps)

Threw in some light bicep curls and preacher curls and called it a day. i was wayyy happy to see my T-bar rows go up this week. My back felt so pumped up and tight, it was amazing!
 
LET IT BEGIN!!!! took 30mg of epi this morning, second dose will be this afternoon. Im sure i should be splitting this into 3 doses of 20 mg each, but i can guarantee i would forget when i took what, and end up taking either way too much, or way too little. 2 doses is a bit more simple for big ole dummies like myself that can't count.
 
so, i still have about 8ml of test suspension left and decided it would be a good idea to pin 100mg preworkout, along with my usual 300mg test E. pinned around 11AM, went to the gym at a tad after 12, and had one heck of an arm day.

not pinning the muscle about to be worked out made a huge difference. i pinned my Ventro glute and still got an incredible arm pump and a slight boost in strength. if it weren't for pip, this would be a more frequently used product by me.
 
Sweet jesus. sitting at work for 2 hours, i went to get up to pee and BAM, massive pip in my ventro glute. Test suspension is a bitch. its like DOMS x 10. Is it bad if i almost like it a little bit? lol
 
definitely seeing more vascularity, and my hunger in the morning is quite high. i can usually hold out til lunch to start chowing down, but now i am getting horrible hunger pains by 8AM. Hoping to see some good results from this higher dose epi run. Also, scale says im at 215... not sure why i suddenly jumped up in weight. to me it looks like a bit of water weight, which isnt good because i just started a new bottle of letro, from the same place i got my last bottle that was legit. i also just placed another order for letro pills, so i can't wait to get those to be 100% certain my stuff isnt bunk.

Did chest yesterday and felt pretty good, went a bit like this:

Flat Bench: 225 x 12
245 x 8 x 2
275 x 5
275 x 5 , dropset to 225 x 7.

Incline DB Flys: 40 x 12 x 3
45 x 10 x 2

Decline Cable Flys: 50 x 12 x 4

Pec Fly Machine: 190 x 12
205 x 10 x 3
145 x failure

Rope cable tricep pulldowns : full stack x 15 x 5

I need to start doing heavy incline DB bench, just a tad scared for my shoulder still.

gracias dude! yeah, i gotta lean up more. I can't believe how lean Tren got me. Definitely a favorite now. I stepped on the scale at 219 last night, so the Epi is definitely working, now i gotta get my diet back in check after a weekend filled with BBQ and beer.

Haha, you have no idea. I have never had this bad of luck when on cycle. breaking toes, getting Oregon Trail style dysentery, car being broken into. I thought i had good karma too. oh well.

And you are gonna love the Tren-A. stuff is stellar, and anyone who says its overhyped must not have good quality tren, cause it tore the fat off me with little to no cardio, and my strength went bonkers. 10/10, will run again.

that was just what worked for me. i had minimal sides and my gains were outstanding, i figured doubling or tripling my test wouldnt do much more other than be a waste or just have the potential for more sides. i was able to get away with only 1 vial of test E for the entire time i was on tren. pretty cost effective.
 
i was thinking epi might cut me up, but this stuff is packing on the lbs even though my diet is very much the same as it has been. i dont feel bloated though, and my muscles all feel full and tight all day long, im guessing from glycogen storage? definitely liking epi so far.

well, i can tell the epi is working because my joints feel drryyyyy. and i am drinking a lot of water but it aint enough. i ended up getting abdominal cramps, as in, i was doing cable rope crunches, and my abs started cramping up. i thought i was dying. i need to throw some taurine in the mix to help with cramps.
 
the good effects are that it is definitely keeping me lean, my shoulders are a tad more defined, i think. and the vascularity, holy hell the vascularity. im not one for gym selfies, but i might have to snap a pic to show yall this craziness. i have not seen my veins popping like this in a while.

thanks dude! i really enjoy doing back day, but the problem is i never see the results since im too lazy to keep up with back pics. plus, all the good stuff is up front, or at least the wife thinks so!
 
i gave my upper body a break for the last 4 days, trying to let my shoulder recoup from the stress of being worked every day for 5 days straight. not the smartest move on my part, but i did it and it took its toll. i think the epi is drying out my joints and my shoulder is taking the brunt of it.

Hit up legs HARRDDD. Went a little something like this:

Leg Press - 4 sets (plus warm up)

BB Squats - 10 Sets... yes 10 damn sets! started at 225, and worked my way to 365 for reps.

Seated Calf Raises - 6 sets

BB Front Squats - 3 Sets

BB Lunges - 3 Sets

all in all, im a huge fan of volume if ya cant tell. my legs are super sore with DOMS and it feels amazing. I need to snap a leg pic some time to show these bad boys off. Im pretty happy with how they are looking and the size. They arent as big as some of you monsters, but i am still pretty happy.
 
so, i guess i am officially starting to "cut" down for beach season. got a trip planned in 4 weeks and want to be a stone cold stunna on the beach! i have a horrible fear of being a fat husband and want to impress my wife... and her friends lol. for real though, that's my main goal is keep the wife staring at me. so, cardio has been upped to 20 min / day and calories are dropping by 500 or so. should start to see good results quickly as ill be dropping carbs slowly for the next 2 weeks, then cutting them out completely 2 weeks from the trip. i have always responded well to low carbs, so im interested to see how it works with anabolics thrown in.
 
quick update. Finished up the Epi. i thought i had enough for a longer bout of it, but i guess math > me. so, now ive only got about 7 weeks left on my total cycle before i start PCT, i am wondering if adding in superdrol for 4 weeks at 10mg a day is too much? taking liver supps and not drinking except for 1 or 2 beers on the weekend. thoughts? opinions? RIP OP?

Hey there's people that listen to no all the time just waiting to hear someone say yes , so it's good your level headed.

some dudes think that just a few more weeks on a methyl is gonna put that at a show quality level physique. im not delusional enough to think that a couple weeks of superdrol is gonna be the make or break point of my build. plus, this way i can save the SD for my next cycle as a kicker.

quick update, weight is 217 this morning, staying right around 217-219 depending on how much i have eaten and how much cardio i do. i seem to have found my sweet spot weight for this cycle. i know its not done yet, but i have really enjoyed this cycle!
 
Ya might consider throwing in some Hiit (high intensity interval training) or Tabata type stuff for cardio. It has always worked well for me to burn the calories and shred the fat while retaining muscle mass. 20 min or less and you are done as well, which is great. Keep us posted on how it goes.
 
well, it kinda sucks being off high dose Epi. Vascularity has subsided a lot, and my weight is already down 4 lbs. Weighed in at 214 this morning, which is oddly low. but, on the plus side i hit a new PR for repping 225 on flat bench. i was able to get 18 reps, which i think is fairly decent.

Kept at it on bench and got 275 x 7 x 2. This was also a first. im so confused as to what my body is doing. I come off Epi and i get stronger and lose weight? WTF?! anyways, it was a good chest day. and i need to get some leg pics up. ill try to do that today.
