Second Cycle log- Bring on the Gainz!!

lookin good bro, leaning out nicely, with 3-4 weeks to go you should be on point and shredded for the vaca. Looks like you are retaining the muscle mass which is the main thing.
 
ughhhh, lowering carbs down to 150 grams per day at this point. might not seem very low, but its killing me! i just want a freakin granola bar every dang second.

making up for the calories with protein shakes in water twice a day. had one this morning, ill have the other tonight when i get those late night carb cravings. currently i am waiting til 2 hours before lifting to have my carbs that way i still get a decent pump. sucks when you look in the mirror and seem "flat" and less vascular just due to lower carbs and cals. this blows. its messing with my mind!!!!
 
took a bit of a hiatus thanks to the beach trip. things went swimmingly (ha, water pun). Got quite a few compliements on how i looked, but by the end of the trip i was pretty full of beer and pretty bloated lol. i gotta find one the wife took of me, i was mortified of how puffy i looked compared to the first day we were down there. guess thats what i get for drinking like i was in college all over again.

anywho, back to the grind of throwing around weights. just a few more weeks on cycle. HCG has been ordered, so ill hop on that as soon as it comes in, get the ole family jewels workin again.

Happens to me every year. I used to do a tournament the week before then head down. One year I put on 40+ pounds from weigh-ins to getting back home after vacation. Good thing is it is 80% bloat and drops off after 4-5 workouts. Hahaha.
 
i was gonna update this last night with beach pics and current pics (without beer bloat lol). internet went out thanks to storms. So, ill make sure to get this done tonight when im not on a work computer!

First pic is with the wife at the beach. bloated to hell with beer but having a hell of a time celebrating everything MURICA!

Second pic is from last week after cutting down carbs and very light cardio. Pretty amazing what not having beer for 2 weeks will do for ya lol.
 
update on where my strength is since its the end of the cycle (almost).

Monday did a max bench - got 330lbs!! never been able to do that before. I tried for 335 and gave out. pretty sure my max was 290ish when i started.

Tuesday - Squats - 445 ass to ground. I was super happy for this one. I am not a power lifter nor do i think i am the strongest person ever, but damn did it feel good to get that much weight! Some of you monsters are repping that, but still, i was happy! Max at the beginning of the cycle might have been 385 or 390.

I dont do deadlifts so i wont have numbers for that, but overall im very happy with my progress. Maybe next time ill be able to get 350 on bench, even though i still wont be training for strength.

Also, next cycle will be flipped with starting Test at 700 - 800 / week. and then finishing with Tren at the end of my cycle to really get some big gains!! hope you guys are enjoying this log. I know its really helped me out to log it all and keep up with pics.
