Info before I start.
19, 147 lb, 9% BF, 5'7
My first cycle was Havoc which I ran just one bottle of, without a cycle support, but I did have revo PCT, and I ran it as follows:
10, 20, 30, 30.
It gave me some good gainage, and I would like to get another PH done for my bulk, which I have started at the beginning of this month, so any PH recommendations would be much appreciated.
A friend of mine recommended razordrol, but I can't find a good dosage on it, or a good cycle guide. I was thinking of taking 2 bottles of Havoc, but I think i'll just save my liver from that for now, I would like to take a PH stronger than Havoc, one that would be good for my bulk.
My supps are as follows:
I take Carnivore mass gainer after my workout, and I take the regular Carnivore protein at night before bed, I also have EVOLUTION BCAA's and I take Kre-Alkalyn creatine, and of course pre-workouts (Juggernaut HP, and Mr.Hyde if the names were needed).
My diet is simply 6 meals a day, meeting macro's and protein requirements for my body type. Although some days I'll only get 5 meals due to work/college schedules.
I simply ask for a recommendation of PH for my bulk, dosage, and cycle support/PCT if you can do so, thanks a bunch in advance.
