Second cycle help.

Info before I start.
19, 147 lb, 9% BF, 5'7
My first cycle was Havoc which I ran just one bottle of, without a cycle support, but I did have revo PCT, and I ran it as follows:
10, 20, 30, 30.
It gave me some good gainage, and I would like to get another PH done for my bulk, which I have started at the beginning of this month, so any PH recommendations would be much appreciated.
A friend of mine recommended razordrol, but I can't find a good dosage on it, or a good cycle guide. I was thinking of taking 2 bottles of Havoc, but I think i'll just save my liver from that for now, I would like to take a PH stronger than Havoc, one that would be good for my bulk.
My supps are as follows:
I take Carnivore mass gainer after my workout, and I take the regular Carnivore protein at night before bed, I also have EVOLUTION BCAA's and I take Kre-Alkalyn creatine, and of course pre-workouts (Juggernaut HP, and Mr.Hyde if the names were needed).
My diet is simply 6 meals a day, meeting macro's and protein requirements for my body type. Although some days I'll only get 5 meals due to work/college schedules.
I simply ask for a recommendation of PH for my bulk, dosage, and cycle support/PCT if you can do so, thanks a bunch in advance.

You want something stronger then havoc but don't wanna do havoc for liver reasons? No assists products and no proper pct. you can not run anymore cycles ever again! Says, me! Keep running cycles like this and you will have a broken dick and a set of tits. You are to young. Keep taking the supps you are currently on and lift harder!
 
Too young, more food, don't take steroids, a gallon of milk a day is quite literally better than steroids for you at this stage of your lifting life.
 
You're asking for trouble running "Hormones" at an age where you're Natural Hormones are high enough to build muscle quickly and efficient , people do fuk up and end up with wet noodle dicks and juicy Boobs that may not be reversable

Please listen to these guys here. At 19 your natural testosterone is at a super high level. Using PHs tells your body to shut down test production. After your cycle your body needs help restarting natural test production. This is where the problem occurs. If you don't use a SERM to help with restart your body goes into a LOW test state. You then lose your gained muscle and all your hard work and PH money goes down the drain. What age to wait until depends on you. The later in life the better. Use diet and heavy lifting to build first.

My apologies, its good that your taking the advice given to you and not running this cycle. Almost every time I see a thread like this they end up running the cycle anyways.

Bcaa's are a waiste you don't need them.
Finish up the kre alkalyn then switch to mono and save yourself some $$
Wait a few more years to build a good foundation, meanwhile do some research

I already ran one cycle of Havoc, do you think that will have an effect on me? I ran a PCT, but no cycle support.
Also, If I use a SERM, would I be able to run a cycle? Or still wait till a later age?

At 19, you still have a lot of growth potential naturally. I'm 22 and I just got into my first cycle and even I am only running EPI no stack. And I'll probably hold off a few years before my next.

Your t levels are just as high as a Ph will get you really. You don't even need the PH. Levels don't really drop till 24-26. What you do is your choice. But I'd give your body the chance to grow on it's own before messing with it. Last thing you want to do is miss out on YEARS of natty growth because you reacted poorly to a cycle.

Totally. I wish I would have dieted and hit the gym as hard when I was 19. I wouldn't be playing catch up now

For your bulk, being a smaller guy with a low body fat, I would recommend a six month McBulk supplemented with Krispy Kreme. Lots of good food, lots of dirty food, lots of milk, lots of pizza, lots of ranch and mayo, lots of heavy lifting. Give yourself some serious mass additions before worrying about refining anything.

Granted, I don't know your goals or anything, but 148 is awfully slim. Consider hormones when you're older and also much heavier. I would say at least 170-180. When I was young, I did that same protocol and went from 155 to 190, then dieted to 170 the next winter for wrestling. All naturally, being I was 15 years old. 10-15 lean pounds in a year is possible at your age, and it's a damn impressive sight.
