Second cycle and in IRAQ lol

well, going to be doing my 2nd cycle sooner than expected, (2 MONTH AFTER PCT)

Cycle:
SUSTANON 270 GP - 540/ week - 1-12
Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - - Durabolin- 500 mgs/week - 1-12
Bionabol (Dianabol - methandrostenolone - ) 40 mgs ed - 1-4

Ancillaries:
Nolvadex - on hand

PCT - post cycle therapy - :
nolva: 20mg ed - 13-17
hcg :5,000 iu ew- 10-14
poviron 20mg ed- 12-17

Diet:
Deployed so pretty crappy but i get about 4,000 calories a day, 200grams of protein and a multi vitamin

Training:
5 days per week. 3 on 1 off
12-15 sets per muscle group. reps ranging from 4-20, usually 8-12.

Supplements:
monster milk
multi vitamin
glutamine


Stats/Goals: 22 , 6'1'' 195 ~8%. I plan on starting at the same weight. If MY weight goes up at all, I know its water/fat since I've been dieting for a few months.
I hope to gain at least 15 lbs after PCT - post cycle therapy - while staying at a reasonable bf, hopefully no more than 10%. I will get bodyfat tested about 2 times per month.

Well are you on a F.O.B? a Patrol base or a C.O.P? my unit just moved from a fob and now were on a patrol base. we got internet here so dudes just order it online we get it shipped to our family and they send it to our apo address..not hard at all.....
