seated military press 210 1 rep PR (video)

sup everyone, just did shoulders today, had a good workout. warmed up with the bar, got 135,165, 185 for 5. got 200 for 2 + 3 assisted and finally a pr of 210 for 1 plus 1 assisted.

i realize i post too many vids here, so I'm gonna start a workout log starting with my leg day this week, ill work on that in a bit. but heres the clip of my shoulder workout today.
