My meet roster came out. 150 lifters. There's only 2 other tested 220's to compete against. Greg Panora is lifting there as well.
As badass it would be to have a huge ass equipped squat....no. I don't have the ability to spend that time in the gym anymore. I do plan on getting some decent briefs, though..eventually.

Heavy walking lunges have made my adductors/groin feel fantastic post-squat/pull days. More so than light weight, uni leg press, or even BSS. It's like a light switch has been turned on in my Glutes as well, lately.
