1 scoop protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp truvia or some fake sugar stuff
2 tbsp greek yogurt
dash of vanilla
dash of cinnamon
2 egg whites

Whisk up and pour in tray. Baked at 350 for 12 or so minutes.

Saw someone post it on IG. It didn't taste bad actually.

What's your best sumo again? Those looked pretty good. I can see where those block pulls helped.

555. I bumped my stance out because my hips left good. Wished I left them in like last week.

Blocks have def helped

Now you can use more back and muscle thru that shyt.

Less ****ed up Pronom cupcakes. 9g protein each. Too bad I'll eat it all in one setting.

That movie still kills me when watched. One that was even more rediculous many years prior was: Kentucky Fried Movie. Think along the lines of the OG Airplane movie.

Sean...making those poundages move with some great speed big man.

Haven't seen that in ages.

And thanks, AZ. I think it's actually a rep PR, which I did for 3 sets with more in the tank lol Maybe I'll actually PR for once.

April 26. Not close but it'll come by fast.

In that case, I'm of the opinion that you should probably do your main work conventional until it gets a little closer.

Use your squat volume to build the leg strength for your sumo and really work that weaker conventional pulling to attack other weaknesses and spare the hips and switch to your sumo when you get closer to your meet prep work.

Just some food for thought.

I hear ya, man. Keep in mind that I've also hired a coach and am wanting to get my money's worth lol Conventional will still be in the mix, and I'm still deloading every two weeks.

I was unaware.

You hired someone to take over your programming or for technique coaching?

That's gotta be in the ballpark of a volume PR, man. Nice session.

Thanks, gents. And yeah, I suppose it is a volume PR. I have a feeling that everything will be a volume PR the next couple weeks.

Decent day, especially after my last couple of days. Felt better in the wraps. I just need to stomp down on them a bit harder. The parking breaks were on today. Still lowish RPE at least.

Squats looking smooth with great speed. Those front squat numbers are very impressive! No worries with the core strength there.

Thanks a lot, AZ. I managed to leave the belt off for them. I do regret not wearing the harness though. My crooked clavicle is jacked right now. I think 385x3 was my biggest rep PR so I'll take that last set.
