Man, you totally lost your shyt right at the beginning of that Pull and still almost made it. Bench was frickin awesome. Awesome.
What did you change on your grip? I missed it. You definitely deserved that bench it was about time.
It used to be middle on ring, then pinky on ring during the last few weeks, then I brought it in to thumbs link from smooth, so maybe 2" inside the rings. That's actually where all my close grip training has been.

Id rather break it with 710. 5lbs over feels douchey. I reached out to Brian Carroll's crew for possible help, which is funny because he's done Casey Williams training, who holds the record I'm going for.

I've been told and read the volume is key for raw lifters not sure if it's true cause I've read the opposite as well I love volume if u couldn't tell One of my training partners just hit a 605 pr in deadlift Sat following 10/20/Life so I'm sure your new coaching is going to go great and you'll get the WR np
Volume definetly plays a critical roll. I just hate it.
Next Monday I'm back to legitimate training. Good amount of volume, especially on squat. Wish my poor lower body luck.
