Good luck man! I wanted to go, but have to work.
 
Bench was a flop. Opened 250 which was good. Went 285 for a second and third but my shoulders had nothing in them. I don't really care.

535 1/3 wtf? I paused above my knees. no hitch/no downward movement
565 my hand ripped wide open. having the sprained/broken finger babied my hands the last month

Totaled 1415. Meh. At least I got my squat. My glutes/adductors had nothing left in them by the time I pulled.

Awesome work, Sean! I feel you, my left rear delt is being cranky after I missed 303 on my 3rd bench yesterday, and just feel a bit whipped in general. That squat was magnificent - and I was so happy to get 1328 in 220 Open lol, and 1415 isn't even your best. Check my lifts from yesterday if you got time to offer any advice:

Back of my knees have never been so bruised up and cut. Had the tightest wrap of my life.

Adductor hurts. Knees clicked. Right upper back is knotted up bad. Hips are beyond tight. Hip flexors are locked up. ****.

I'll be starting the Minimalist Method next week.

I need to read more. It's only been 5/3/1, Cube, and 10/20/Life. I'm really open to whatever. I'll make any programming work.

It's really simple and you have enough experience with RPE to make it work when you get up to the transmutation section.

Maybe I'll give a 10/11 week version a go just so im not focused on percents of projected maxes. That'll put me 16 weeks out. I can decide what I want to do then.

As PL'ers, we have to walk that fine line of knowing when you don't have your good stuff and when you just need to nut up and do the work. I don't work a lot with percents for that reason as it varies so damn much for day to day and especially if you're a geared lifter. Percentage of what? Raw, briefs, full gear, straps up, etc.

I'm reading the Rennaisance Diet from Israetel. Aside from having to do some math to figure out how many calories and macros to eat each day, it's just a "normal" diet, but balancing/cycling calories.
