Awesome work, Sean! I feel you, my left rear delt is being cranky after I missed 303 on my 3rd bench yesterday, and just feel a bit whipped in general. Back of my knees have never been so bruised up and cut. Had the tightest wrap of my life. Adductor hurts. Knees clicked. Right upper back is knotted up bad. Hips are beyond tight. Hip flexors are locked up. ****. I'll be starting the Minimalist Method next week.

Maybe I'll give a 10/11 week version a go just so im not focused on percents of projected maxes. That'll put me 16 weeks out. I can decide what I want to do then.
As PL'ers, we have to walk that fine line of knowing when you don't have your good stuff and when you just need to nut up and do the work. I don't work a lot with percents for that reason as it varies so damn much for day to day and especially if you're a geared lifter. Percentage of what? Raw, briefs, full gear, straps up, etc.
