'Tis possible.I'd have to agree - I've talked to several guys who've had no luck either, but seems to be the common consensus that most guys get some hunger & perhaps strength/hardening. I took it dosed per instructions, so perhaps I'm just a non-responder.

The forskolin alone should help with body comp. It is one of the best ingredients IMO. But it isn't something you feel.
The only human study I've read on forskolin showed it's effectiveness at signaling the mTOR pathway & causing fat-loss as well as muscle-sparing properties....at a gram/day. All you ever see is 50 or 100mg servings of it, which is pixie-dusting really.

did someone say curls?! Doing pin presses on ohp, or cage presses are really hard for me. I have trouble maintaining tightness, and I lose my spring loaded lats once I set the bar down. Nice work tho.
