Sean's Powerlifting Journey

That's odd.

I'd have to agree - I've talked to several guys who've had no luck either, but seems to be the common consensus that most guys get some hunger & perhaps strength/hardening. I took it dosed per instructions, so perhaps I'm just a non-responder.

'Tis possible.

ABE on an empty stomach made me feel like my blood sugar dropped or something and I had to eat immediately lol

The forskolin alone should help with body comp. It is one of the best ingredients IMO. But it isn't something you feel.

The only human study I've read on forskolin showed it's effectiveness at signaling the mTOR pathway & causing fat-loss as well as muscle-sparing properties....at a gram/day. All you ever see is 50 or 100mg servings of it, which is pixie-dusting really.

" DISCUSSION: Oral ingestion of forskolin (250 mg of 10% forskolin extract twice a day) for a 12-week period was shown to favorably alter body composition while concurrently increasing bone mass and serum free testosterone levels in overweight and obese men. The results indicate that forskolin is a possible therapeutic agent for the management and treatment of obesity. "

At 10%, not 95%

Link and extract percent? A gram would have the group ****ting like baby Bron Bron in the second tonight

Not what I read (which was a gram) but really glad to see this. There certainly doesn't seem to be any sides, except random GI issues some users get, which is anything. No supp is 100% tolerated by everyone after all.

That's the amount of Coleus Forskohlii, not the Forskolin. There's also the cAMP and TSH benefits as well.

So, while I take WebMD with a very large dose of salt (like anything), thought this was some pretty cool stuff on forskolin for anyone interested:

Invalid Link Removed

Thought the interactions tab was especially interesting - heck yeah I'll take lowered bp, especially used during a cut where higher amounts of stims are likely involved.

It's something that hasn't always gotten the appreciation it deserves, but it's the perfect adjunct to a **** load of supps out there.

Forskolin is one of my favorites. Been a fan forever, but it's great now that there are higher percent extracts...I remember having to choke down a ton of 10% back in the day.

Sean I seen this and Chris has a pretty similar squat technique to u it seems check it out

Butt Wink - it's Importance & how to eliminate: Invalid Link Removed

This isn't to say u have wink I was just saying when he demos his squat stance shin angle is similar

I can see u get up to his lvl

Well, I can't dedicate my life to training, and he isn't drug free either. It'd be cool though, but there's 40 other guys between me and him that are stronger haha

Wade....there's only Chinese buffets around the North Shore area (which I still love) I'm looking for pizza buffets lol

Kabuki is one of those guys that is on a whole nother level. I had to tell someone last night "Don't pull like Ed Coan. There's only one of him. Pull like a normal human being."

That said, I hope you think about that 705 on every squat day. You're in the ballpark and IMO within two years of getting it. Casey would be another guy to watch for technique, though he has a decent amount of forward knee travel on his squats for how wide he goes.

Saw Clint Darden doing those presses and they peaked my interest. Was able to maintain a nice tight upper back with them. Again, not pushing shoulders yet.

did someone say curls?!

Doing pin presses on ohp, or cage presses are really hard for me. I have trouble maintaining tightness, and I lose my spring loaded lats once I set the bar down.

Nice work tho.

Thanks buddy. I just reset my back each rep and the decreased ROM was nice on the shoulders.

I'm diggin the Fat Gripz too. Nice forearm pump

Yeah I don't like going much below the nose for any ohp variation, for shoulder health reasons.

I love fat gripz too. Forearm pump for days
