I never grasped onto the cue "spread the bar" I understand it, but never correctly applied it. I would just focus on spreading my hands, and it just felt off. Today, I felt myself spread the bar using my lats, not my hands, if that makes sense. So my new cue is: "spread the bar with your lats".
I wish my handoffs were further over my chest, but still thankful I had someone there to help out.
I had a butt lift with 275, but found a better position for my legs with 300, but still had a little lift.
My right AC didn't hurt at all. Only felt some irritation with certain angled pullaparts. Once I did external rotations and got blood in there, it felt much better. My left AC had some pressure on it, but my scapula felt in position. Before, it would be offset, and I couldn't lock that arm out.
I'll press in the meet, but will lay off pressing again for a few more weeks afterwards again. I've successfully maintained my pressing strength without pressing via working everything else out (Toro mentioned that a while back).
Thought?
