I was laying on my back my girl was moving my calf up and down as to flex my quad and on the medial lower side of the knee cap I felt some poppingWtf do you mean maybe napalm, of course napalm has had knee surgery - 4 of them.
This has a meniscus sound to it. If it were ACL, you would have heard 1 pop and that would be it. aceroni, lie on your back with your leg elevated and have someone try to move the lower leg up and down in a short motion. Of there is obvious play, it'd be ACL.
Probably not ACL, but meniscus. There's no test that I can remember for meniscus other than an MRI. Get it checked brother, good luck.
Edit: support the lower leg at the posterior ankle and calf when checking for play at the joint. When lying on the back, flex the hip so the knee is pointing up. Then just grab the lower leg and try to move it up and down...

My shoulder mobility is much better but there's still a bit of pain in the AC joint. I worked around it. Floor press w/ the strap worked out well. Just a light, quick, get a pump, day. It may be my last upper body session for this week.

Pull 600?? No way, man. I want that bad but I know there's a difference between my squat and deadlift. I'm gonna be one of the ****ed up lifters that will always out squat my pull.
