I'm just messin with ya bub. It was a good switch up. My glutes actually cramped afterwards-which I didnt know was possible. It was that or wear straps. I chose the man option of the two.

Now off to pay some lady to dig her elbows into the knots in my back. Maybe this will unglue stuff and let my shoulder set back and relieve my AC.
