I'm just messin with ya bub. It was a good switch up. My glutes actually cramped afterwards-which I didnt know was possible. It was that or wear straps. I chose the man option of the two.

20 minutes on the stair stepper (I'm not gonna prowl when it's -5 out) then worked out some of the tightness in my hips and then SuperD's shoulder reset. Now off to pay some lady to dig her elbows into the knots in my back. Maybe this will unglue stuff and let my shoulder set back and relieve my AC.
