Oh nomz. Looks like some Texas toast there.

I should have posted my omelettes from this morning. 4 ounces of sharp cheddar, scallions, shrooms, peperoncini, honey ham, bathed in avocado oil. Served with corn tortillas, topped with sriracha sauce, the Asian/rice lover that I am. ;)

Not the greatest feeling days. The briefs were way too tight on my thighs. Clipped some skin hard on the first rep, so I subconsciously changed the bar path to avoid hittin it again, which in return-made my lumbar feel like ass. It's better now though and I accomplished what I needed to.
 
Dude, I can't even reach the damn bar conventional in my briefs. That would have been weirddd.

I have to roll the tops down and I can get my hips down enough for them to give me any sort of pop. They're amazing with sumo though.

My legs have grown too much though, so I have an inch of meat that sticks out around the leggings which the bar snagged onto as it rides up. No bueno.

I ripped up 560 in my single ply peice of crap my first time in it. I'm sure you could get well over 6 in yours

That being said- Who wants to buy briefs????? 25 bucks haha
 
You should see how much my thighs stick out of my Ace briefs.

Ugh. Bet they're nasty. I couldn't do it. Maybe sumo, but I gave it up after I drew blood. I'm gonna use the other double ply briefs at my gym instead. Never had much success with these ones anyways.

So, is it because of the stitching or something that you bled? How did that happen in gear?

You chafe and bruise automatically around the legging each time. Random bruises on the torso and shoulders/upper back when your wearing a suit with the straps up

Today, it bled a just a tad when the bar grabbed the skin on the way up.

Okay, that makes sense now. Canvas and denim are pretty rough.

ply stuff, but you have to accept the pain and discomfort. Your balls are lost and legs are choking to death

Well, props to you guys then. I don't even like knee wraps; I feel like I can't feel what I am doing. Guess it's something you get over.

Ha, I knocked that crap off. I was only going to wear the briefs to offer a little overloaded hip protection today. I didn't have the time, not help, to continue with equipped lifting.

Knee wraps I have no problem with. It's a good kinda pain...

Single ply tends to cut into your skin more than multiply, but is easier to manipulate and less CNS strain.

I dunno how you can handle the cut of a bench shirt though

My super centurion fit similarly, inner thighs always raw after squatting. Especially when I had to walk a mile at collegiates between warmups and platform.

Never did the hang of suited conventional. Sumos looked good too.
 
So do you notice an improvement when you take your tight panties off?? Just seems like a lot to deal with

The black ones are a double layered material with zero stretch. The improvement when they're on, with the tight compression they provide. You can barely bend down to grab the bar. They were too tight tonight though. The blue ones I wear are just neoprene, and provide zero support, but keep the joint warm.
 
Man, that bar was poppin today! Looked good. You're so freaking close to the bar on sumos, it's impressive.

Figured out another factor in my squat that allows my hips to track better and get even deeper. I wasn't pointing my toes out enough. I've only been practicing sans weight with a wooden dowel since my back is still recovering, but I can literally sit on my calves while keeping my torso completely upright now. Can't wait to start adding weight to that! Plus, my ass is sore from just the body weight ones. So I know it's having to work out of the hole!
