Who are you?

Way to go Troop, ya blew up my spot, haha!!! Albeit I do enjoy playing devils advocate in regards to CF (I like to stir the pot). I am not a 100% kool aid drinking CFer. I admit to it's flaws as well as benefits. I actually only do CF about once a week because I need some high intensity/cardio but I hate just running. I have a rather unconventional split right now though which constitutes 2 days heavy strength training, focusing on the big 4 lifts (squat, DL, bench, mil press) and accessory work. 2 days Oly lifting/barbell complexes, and 1 day CF. So far I'm diggin it!

Anyways.

Do I buy new squat shoes or knee wraps?

Meh, I'd go by what you need more. I am awaiting the Bell/Burdock Rebox.

Buy one, Santa gets the other. Just walk around moping about how "man I wish I had these knee wraps honey, oh well"

Lol

**** it, buying both. Picking these up along with the Inzer Gripper Z's. Gonna stay with a 2.5m wrap. There's some Metal wraps layin around my gym...need to find out if they have an owner..

The Oly shoes I have now have tad too much play in them.

Make her get the wraps or she gets little.

I never spent much on girlfriends at Xmas

Wait, what happened with the old shoes?

Stop posting sumo articles. I am not ready yet. :p

Oh get over it! Give it a whirl. Get them hips strong

Ya I am contemplating adding them into my assistance rotation soon considering I got time to play around with stuff because I have no idea when I am competing again. :o

Don't worry, your vagina can handle it. :p

Word. Sumo is the truth, the light and the way.

It's funny to me that your explosive squat days are upwards of four hund-O, but you did earn the right to use those weights. How was the sesh for you? We gonna see some vids of you toying with 400lbs?

You find it funny. I find it sickening

:D I KNOW! My explosive days have been killing me all training cycle. Those used to be freaking form practice and a day to get in some heavier assistance. No more!

Barf.

55lb bar, 11lbs worth of collar, for those wondering why the bar is loaded ****ed up.

I've had a breakthrough with this stance with. I still have that anterior impingment in my left hip and getting my knees opened and the feeling of my torso sinking between my legs, seems to unpinge it and allow me to hit awesome depth

Buffalo Bar. Mild camber and fat as hell. It's easy on the shoulders. They're still a bit tight after benching yesterday.

I still gotta beat my 485x6 second pause this run.
