I'm possibly throwing Ox Lifts/Vogelpulls back on the table, though, Jim. They came recommended.

Powerlifting forum: What do you guys think of me front squatting with a harness? Will I still get 90% of the benefits of front squatting that a powerlifter is looking for or no? Ideally, I'd be able to do it and it'd help me remember to force my elbows out on the regular squat to keep my upper back tight. Actually it'd just help overall with my squat because my weaknesses are keeping my upper back tight and my quads.

I'd use the harness and do FS more often if I had said harness.
