Do explain.

Check it.
The tricep is bigger than the bicep ( we all know).
Ladies tend to like big arms.
Thus gentlemen if we work the triceps our arms are bigger, plus anyone see a guy with a big bi and no tri? Looks retarded.

The tricep should be worked alot more then the bicep.
Smoker science bishes

Plus a tricep flex is the new bicep flex.

No data or evidence to support that statement, but this is smoker science.

Hahaha, found it on the interwebz. Googled big bicep no tricep. You're right, it looks funny. Time for some kickbacks.

Lol bicep looks good but it looks silly with no tricep under it. Tricep is flat like a board.

Lets work the triceps boys

Kickbacks are the KING for triceps mass. Men's Health Magazine told me so.

What, like doing them for sets of 2 and 3?

RE is evil.

Powerlifting forum:

What do you guys think of me front squatting with a harness? Will I still get 90% of the benefits of front squatting that a powerlifter is looking for or no?

Ideally, I'd be able to do it and it'd help me remember to force my elbows out on the regular squat to keep my upper back tight. Actually it'd just help overall with my squat because my weaknesses are keeping my upper back tight and my quads.

lol they were light.....but I had zero energy left in me. holy ****

I have my buddy at work doing the program with me. He texted me just now saying that this program is no joke.

I look forward to after week 3 when the reps are lower.

I plan on implementing my front squats as a quad accessory on deadlift day here on out, along with unilateral work. Squat days will be similar to now except without front squats, and I'll shift from GM's to SLDL/Romanians for a couple weeks. Also, I'll begin longer pauses.

I may go see a chiro if I can't un**** my left hip. Definetly impinged.

I still think it'll help both squats and deads still.

You'll just look like a *****!

Kidding. I used the harness once and it felt the same as holding the bar. I think it would be a good alternative, given your shoulder state and you being weird and not being able to hold the bar up.

I'd use the harness and do FS more often if I had said harness.

Well f, I guess I'll use it on my next day.

Watch out, I might be able to get out a 1x bodyweight front squat, hahahaha.
