I've been playing with the idea of getting on the platform to compete, it's just that barbell bench ****s my shoulder nearly every time..
Apparently you just go and do bunch of curls and push downs
I like to add gpp work /conditioning so it's not a complete waste of time
Leg curls and leg press. They're the only way to build up legs properly. Who needs to squat when you can just load up the leg press machine with plates and look bad ass?
