Sean's Powerlifting Journey

You get to grow into the meet Napalm! Lol

Definetly. My scale at home was a few lbs off for my meet as well. Mmmmm Qdoba.. They've beatin chipotle in terms of taste IMO I've had 650g carb days because if that place

Jem- Are you Cubing?

No good seafood to be had??

Dude, no way. Qdoba is gross, expensive, and straight-up gas-inducing!

Also, I thought your 585 would be good enough to pass a few, less stringent feds, especially an SPF (which still isn't as bad as IPF IMO). Up to you what you consider that 585, though. Not too shabby.

Well my next meet is possibly USAPL in Sept so thatd be red lighted. I gotta get used to the new groove bigtime.

That's all it was.

Unless its Starkist solid white albacore from a 7oz Costco can, I don't touch it. Doesn't make sense knowing that my job evolves around the ocean...

I would think otherwise. I grew up in florida and chowed on seafood all the time. I actually can't stand canned tuna. When you've eaten fresh tuna it pales in comparison.

sets leading up to 585

also, my work just bought an inversion table. that worth using?

I used to have one for therapy when I rotated my sacrum out about 20yrs ago. It definitely is a great form of traction.

When you board fishing boats for a living you may think otherwise!

I just tried out the inversion table...not a fan

Quart of shrimp lo mein and a quart of almond chicken - check

Fast food kinda freaks me out man.

Don't get me wrong I love high calorie meals I'd just rather prepare it myself knowing there's five ingredients that I know what they are, as opposed to fifty ingredients I can't pronounce.

That being said, I still am and always will be a sucker for mc d's griddles and hash browns

Use one everyday before bed.

I'll try it again later. I really just laid on it and ****ed around..swung back n forth and whatnot like a 9 year old
lol did you hang upside down? Feels good man, just relax and hang there and let your spine decompress and erectors stretch.

Yeah the initial test run consisted of me playing with it like a lil kid then a coworker trying to fart in my face when I laid upside. Tax dollars at work.

I plan on hittin up some mobility drills, weighted core work and planks and possible sled pulls. I'll hang there for a bit when I'm done..by myself.

Where are Napalm's numbers damn it?

Weighed in at a surprising 190, stupid scale.

Gonna open w 325, which I should f'ing smoke. Then 350 - avoiding the. 345 I dumped last week, then depending on bar speed, 370.

It's gonna be tricky for my wife. My kid has a volleyball tourney 70 miles away. She's gotta get the kid over there, then scream back to film me at 9. Then scream back to the kid.

She's not too happy..

Torn left brachialis is even worse now, somehow jacked it up.

Vids to come later today...

1st, 325. this was no problem, and let me know that i was awake enough to squat! took them a long time to get my rack height and width right, i had to tell them again when i was waiting. skip to the end unless you want to see a nervous retard.
