F'ing balls. My scale at home is 5 lbs heavy. Weighed in at 190.

I would think otherwise. I grew up in florida and chowed on seafood all the time. I actually can't stand canned tuna. When you've eaten fresh tuna it pales in comparison.
I used to have one for therapy when I rotated my sacrum out about 20yrs ago. It definitely is a great form of traction.
