SD in Enova...

Enova oil offers many promises as a healthy oil, but is a fairly new product as well. I was wondering if anyone knew how SD would hold in Enova oil, since it mixes well with olive oil.

It would probably do just as well. Even saturated oils should do well (like coconut)
